2007 signalled a new beginning for JPC as John left the public sector to focus on the business as the company's Director. Not long after John's best friend and the company's new Business Development Manager, Tim Robson joined the company full time to help manage the workload. JPC became the organisation's trading name and John established a company called Look Now Pty Ltd. The term Look Now, symbolised a positive difference intended for Australia's future and the opportunities provided to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people throughout the country.
