K9 Tactical Operations and Consulting Services is founded by Brad Smith. He was recognized as a K9 tactical expert in the law enforcement community for over 30 years and was one of the country's leading K9 experts. His legacy continues to this day with his training cadre who continue his teachings to Law Enforcement and Military personnel across the country.
