In doing our renovations and fix ups we have developed a network of experienced and reliable contractors that care for our properties. We have also earned the respect and support of the City's Code Enforcement Department and Fire Department who have been supportive of our efforts to provide safe, quality housing... We look forward to renting to tenants who will respect and appreciate living in a Keene Cribs property... We have been property managers since 1977. When we started our goal was to acquire properties and renovate them to a level that we ourselves would be comfortable living in. For over 40 years we have not drifted from our goal and have grown because of it.
