Mr. Chua is the founder of KTC Group. Currently holding the title as Chairman and Managing Director of the group of companies, Mr. Chua first started as a sole proprietor involved in the business of earth transportation. He set up Kok Tong Construction Pte. Ltd. in the year 1988 and subsequently a few more companies in Singapore as part of his business expansion plan. Over the last 30 years, he starts KTC from a company with only 2 lorries to a renowned A1 civil contractor. Mr. Chua is a hands-on and sharp-witted businessman with diverse interests in other fields including hospitality and property development.

Mr. Chan joined the Group in February 2005 and has been instrumental in growing the civil engineering capabilities while maintaining the strong market presence in earthworks operation. Between 2009 to 2011, he took charged of the extensive construction works at Marina Bay Sands development and thereafter oversaw various prominent projects on rail & transport infrastructures, aviation & industrial developments as well as numerous civil engineering projects under the GPE. He will continue to drive the Group's engineering capabilities by focusing on talent development, technologies adoption & digital transformation. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from The National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Singapore Institute of Management.

Mr. Chong joined KTC in May 2012 as Project Manager for Tampines Central MRT Station, bringing with him over 16 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. He was later appointed as Project Director for Orchard Boulevard Station, which was completed in 2022. He was promoted to Director - Civil in April 2019 and re-designated as Director - Infra & Building in May 2024 to align with the expansion plan of the Group. He reports to the Chief Operating Officer and oversees infrastructure and building projects, playing a pivotal role in enhancing KTC's civil engineering capabilities. His illustrious civil engineering career commenced in 1995 as a site engineer, encompassing diverse projects spanning Buildings, Oil & Gas, Marine, Development & Redevelopment and Infrastructure works across various countries. Prior to his tenure at KTC, Mr. Chong was involved in notable projects such as the construction of the Lower Seletar Water Treatment Plant and Bayfront MRT Station. Mr. Chong holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from The University of Toledo (USA).

Mr. Liaw joined the Group in September 2010 and brought with him more than 16 years of experience in various industries. He is responsible for the overall financial management of our Group, including financial reporting, treasury, cash management, and financial performance measurements. Prior to joining KTC, Mr. Liaw was the Chief Financial Officer of Fu Yu Corporation Limited, a main board listed company in Singapore. Mr. Liaw has a Master of Business Administration from The National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. He is a fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Ng joined KTC as a Project Manager in March 2013, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in civil engineering construction. He was subsequently promoted to Senior Project Manager and entrusted with the construction of Bulim Bus Depot and adjacent earthwork, water and sewer project. In recognition of his drive and leadership, Mr. Ng was tasked with more projects and was subsequently promoted to Project Director in February 2021. In his current capacity, Mr. Ng leads and manages various civil engineering projects under DSTA and LTA. He report to the Chief Executive Officer and is instrumental in elevating KTC's capabilities as a diverse civil engineering contractor. Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in International Construction Management from the Nanyang Technological University.

Mr. Rajan Krishnan joined the Group in April 2012 and brought with him more than 38 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining KTC, Mr. Rajan was the Senior Vice President of Parsons Brinckerhoff International, responsible for the development and growth of infrastructure projects in the various countries under PB Asia and prior to that he was the CEO in the GMR Group, an infrastructure developer based in India. Mr. Rajan was Director, (Projects) in Land Transport Authority, Singapore where he worked from 1985 to 2005. Mr. Rajan has a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from The National University of Singapore. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Singapore Professional Engineers Board.

Mr. Sim joined the KTC as a Project Manager in November 2012, bringing over 9 years of invaluable experience in the construction industry. Prior to his tenure at KTC, he involved and completed several projects under LTA and HDB. In recognition of his dedication and performance, Mr. Sim was promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager in November 2017, and subsequently promoted to Project Director in January 2020. In his current role, he spearheads and oversees various civil engineering projects in Changi East areas. He reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the development of KTC's civil engineering capabilities particularly in aviation and bridge infrastructures sectors. Mr. Sim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the Nanyang Technological University and completed an Advanced Management Programme on Productivity and Leadership Development under BCA.

• Chief Operating Officer - Infra & Building

Mr. Tan joined the Group in March 2017 as Project Director, spearheading the construction of Sungei Bedok MRT Station. Recognized for his outstanding leadership and contributions, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer in May 2024. In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Tan will report to the Chief Executive Officer assisting him to oversee all infrastructure, underground engineering and building projects under the Group. He will lead the strategic growth and development of these filed and also pivotal in driving the implementation and advancement of KTC's digital and technical engineering capabilities. Bringing over 25 years of construction industry experience, Mr. Tan's expertise is invaluable to the organization. His journey began as a Project Engineer at Econ Corporation Ltd, followed by a significant tenure as a Project Manager specializing in tunnelling with the Land Transport Authority until 2012. Prior to joining KTC, he held the position of Deputy Director at SP Group. Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from the University of Leeds (UK) and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Ms. Lim joined the Group in April 1992 and brought with her more than 8 years of experience in construction industry. She joined KTC as a Quantity Surveyor and was subsequently promoted to Contracts Manager in 2007, Senior Contracts Manager in 2012 and Director-Commercial and Contracts in 2013. Ms. Lim has a Technical Diploma in Building Maintenance and Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.
