KHANLEX - Key Persons

Uchralbayar has over ten years of professional experience under his belt. He started his career an associate at the Ulaanbaatar office of Grata, (a Kazakhstan-based regional law firm covering several Central Asian countries). In 2014, Uchralbayar joined as a senior associate MDS KhanLex (at the time the merged firm of KhanLex Partners and MDS Associates). At MDS KhanLex Uchralbayar advised on broad range of business law matters, such as financing, construction, foreign investment as well as dispute resolution, both local and international. In 2018, Uchralbayar joined, as a founding partner, the ex-KhanLex Partners lawyers in de-merging from MDS KhanLex and re-launching KhanLex Partners. In addition to a partner, Uchralbayar is CEO of KhanLex Partners.
