Chris works with business and risk leaders to design practical, tailored and sustainable solutions to complex financial crime problems.
He has nearly fifteen years of experience in financial crime risk management across several continents, with expertise in AML/CFT, economic sanctions and anti-bribery and corruption.
Chris has helped organisations of all sizes navigate regulatory issues. He has designed and implemented fit-for purpose financial crime frameworks, conducted independent audits, devised effective remediation plans and built and assessed control environments. He has also led large-scale regulatory investigations and incident response.

Haydn has an affable style and an unquenchable passion for property.
He has over 23 years' experience in property development and advisory. A background which, when coupled with deep strategic problem solving skills and design expertise, allows him to maximise value for clients on each development.
Haydn is a founding member of KordaMentha Real Estate and co-founder and managing director of KM Develop. Over the course of his career, he has advised on and been responsible for delivering many large residential and mixed-use developments across Australia and internationally.
With a depth of experience in executive roles (commercial, operational and people) as well as deep experience as a non executive director on high profile boards, Henriette is pragmatic and outcome focused.
She is passionate about working with teams to drive sustainable performance and implement change in complex situations. Henriette was Chief Transformation Officer at Network Ten, where she contributed to significant margin improvement and embedded a new executive team through a time of disruption and change.
Prior to joining KordaMentha, Henriette was COO at ASX listed digital comparison iSelect and regional Managing Director of global consulting firm Hay Group managing Australia, NZ, Japan and Korea.
Henriette has a focused approach to bringing independent perspective and insight, translating strategy to action, driving improved performance and building sustainable cultural change.
Henriette works with a strong team to plan and implement sustainable turnaround in complex, politically charged, time sensitive, and financially challenged environments.
John Dewar is well known as an exemplary leader of tertiary institutions, with a long history of improving their performance academically, financially, and operationally, often by bringing about major transformations.
He has held senior leadership positions at the University of Melbourne and Griffith University and is the former Vice-chancellor of LaTrobe University, where he achieved a dramatic improvement in the university's performance, making LaTrobe one of only five Australian universities to record a surplus in 2022.
John brings this experience to help improve organisational performance for clients in education, corporate, and government.
John describes himself as an accessible leader who builds partnerships to achieve the best outcome for everyone he works with. His experience across all aspects of management is important in building connections in this regard, as well as finding solutions to complex problems in seemingly impossible situations.

Lauren is an eDiscovery specialist and admitted lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria with 10+ years industry experience in managing complex eDiscovery projects related to large-scale litigation, transactions, and regulatory review. She has provided eDiscovery services to law firms, government, global and remote clients including supporting public and private organisations through multiple Royal Commissions, government inquiries and class actions activity.
Lauren is versed in both Nuix Discover and Relativity, and is Agile certified. In addition to her technical expertise, she has attended multiple Case Management Hearings to assist parties with understanding and agreeing to the use of technology to promote efficient document review.
Previously Lauren has worked at a number of nationally and internationally recognised law firms, including managing not only large-scale eDiscovery projects but transactional data rooms and a number of larger multi-disciplinary digital transformation projects.

Mario is a co-founder of KM Property Funds and was appointed Joint Managing Director in September 2013. Mario has more than 20 years' experience in direct real estate, listed and unlisted property investment and funds management. He is responsible for acquisitions.
Before establishing KM Property Funds, Mario worked in various property and funds management roles including fund manager of Centro Retail Trust through its restructure and aggregation to form part of Federation Centres (now Vicinity Centres). Mario was an Analyst and Syndicate Fund Manager for Heine Management Limited.
Before joining Heine, Mario worked as a consultant for Jebb Holland Dimasi and he obtained direct property and asset management experience working for McDonald's Australia Limited Store Development Group.
