Andrew Osborn is a strategic legal partner for financial institutions, investors, and commercial borrowers, navigating complex financing transactions and ensuring seamless corporate governance.
Andrew guides clients through the entire loan process. From initial negotiations to post-closing matters, he is dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions that drive client success.
Andrew served in the United States Marine Corps as a military intelligence and cybersecurity Sergeant where he managed access to top secret materials and other sensitive network data. His technical and academic backgrounds acutely prepare him to handle evolving client needs in a digitizing financial world.
Bradford's practice focuses on assisting clients with general business and corporate matters. His experience with entity formation, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions enables him to effectively counsel clients at every stage of their business.
Bradford's experience as the Director of Sales and Operations for a start-up company prior to pursuing his legal career allows him to empathize with and understand the challenges that come with owning and running a business. His previous business experience gives him a unique perspective in working with clients to achieve their goals. Whether it's at the outset when a client is considering what action they might take to protect their assets, ideas or reputation, or if the client is in the middle of a court battle, Dan Fischer takes pride in working with clients to reach their desired result. Dan advocates for clients in intellectual property and complex business/commercial cases across the United States as well as representing regionally healthcare providers in disputes of all types, including fair hearings and contract disputes, and media clients in First Amendment, defamation, reporter's privilege, and public access issues.
With respect to intellectual property, he has represented clients in patent, trademark, and copyright infringement cases as well as cases involving misappropriation of trade secrets. He has handled numerous trademark registration disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
In health law, Dan has represented the firm's medical clients in numerous litigation matters, both general and those unique to health care providers. He also assists such clients in responding to subpoenas for testimony and documents as well as administrative licensing and privilege matters, such as fair hearings over privileges.
Dan McDowell focuses his practice on general business and corporate matters and also assists his clients with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. His background in general practice law gives him the flexibility to address a wide range of client concerns.
Dan's previous experience includes estate planning, corporate matters, employment law, Nebraska landlord-tenant law, and general civil litigation.

With nearly 30 years of extensive trial and appellate experience, Greg Scaglione has a significant record of success in resolving a broad variety of complex business, commercial, and intellectual property disputes. He was recently named by Thomson Reuters as a SuperLawyer. He has obtained substantial monetary results, including a $53.6mm verdict which was recognized as a Top 50 verdict in the nation in 2018, and has defeated multimillion-dollar claims on behalf of clients in litigation and arbitration matters throughout the country.
Greg is the Chair of Koley Jessen's Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Nebraska Supreme Court.

Hailey Hearn focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions while also guiding clients through a variety of general business and corporate matters. She assists clients with contract drafting, entity formation, business structuring, and corporate governance.
Hailey's previous experience includes general business and corporate matters, estate planning, intellectual property law, banking law, and general civil litigation.
Heather Clark partners with key stakeholders within organizations, investment fund clients, and family offices to assist with corporate governance, business reorganizations, and private equity transactions. She focuses on venture capital, emerging companies, and corporate law.
Her experience includes a full range of corporate and securities matters, including formation of venture capital funds and emerging companies, private equity transactions, and matters of general business and corporate law. She works with clients of all sizes and is a resource for them by assisting in all phases of investment transactions from inception to closing, including coordination of communications, document preparation, closing mechanics, and post-closing administration.
Heather handles all stages of general corporate law, from integral management of corporate documents and general maintenance to assisting with strategic planning, mergers, and complex entity reorganizations. She handles business entity formations, foreign qualifications, filings with the IRS and Secretary of State, and the preparation of charters and authority documents.
Heather's wide-ranging experience results in a committed and thorough understanding of and familiarity with clients' businesses, corporate structure, locations, people, products, and technologies. She has worked in various areas of law, including Corporate, Venture Capital and Growth Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Construction and Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, and Employment Law.
