Kőrösi and Kardos Law Office was established in 1992 by Dr. János Kőrösi and Dr, Vera Kardos lawyers. The founder member Dr. Vera Kardos worked until her death in 2004 in the office. Dr. Dániel Kőrösi joined to the office in 2007 as a lawyer trainee and after passing his bar exams in 2008 he became member of the office. Our office since its establishment is situated in Budapest near to Margaret Bridge on Pest side in Tátra street... Our office provides full-scope law services for Hungarian and international companies and individual persons... The service for the companies covers all the areas of the corporate law. Our office's areas of expertise are company law, business law, civil law, real estate investments (greenfield investments) and developments, bankruptcy and insolvency law, labour law and representation of our clients in court proceedings and in non-litigious proceedings.
