The satisfaction or claim are forwarded to the relevant manager. After they are concluded, the claim is closed by taking the customer approval. The satisfactions and claims are presented to the managment in our board meeting by our representatives... The services provided by the Services Group are determined by our firm in accordance with the demands of the customers and the market. The presentation of the services is done by our firm... Before the offer is submitted to the customer, it is debated between all the related parties of the firm whether the service and product meet the demand of the customer. Before the software development offers, a requirement document is prepared.
