Christina's expert focus is placed on EU and Greek Competition Law, covering antitrust and regulatory aspects of M&A transactions,
He assists with various projects by evaluating cases, conducting research on specific aspects of each project, and contributing to the drafting of legal documents. Christos was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2022 and joined our firm the same year. He is admitted before the Court of First Instance. He is a member of the Public Law Department.
Despoina mainly focuses on public procurement & concession projects and domestic civil dispute resolution. Her main involvement includes advising clients in their participation in public tenders and awarding authorities on the launching of public tenders, as well as the interpretation, drafting and negotiation of contracts. She also advises multinational corporates on matters related to civil, corporate and civil procedure law.
Despoina has valuable experience with public tenders, concession agreements and public - private partnerships. She has also participated in numerous due diligence exercises conducted by our firm.
Dimitris focuses on banking & finance and restructuring projects as well as capital markets and securities transactions. With wide recognition in the market, he regularly advises banks and corporations on a wide range of Greek and cross-border financing transactions, such as corporate and project finance lending as well as ECM and DCM projects.
He is also often involved in NPE and NPL transactions and advises on banking regulation matters. Transaction-oriented and with a very positive approach, Dimitris is typically involved in most major and complicated finance and securities projects of our Firm. Dimitris is ranked as a rising star lawyer in the practice area of Banking & Finance in Greece by IFLR 1000.

Dr Maria Ioannidou, Counsel, is part of the Competition Law practice of our Firm. Maria is a Reader (Associate Professor) in competition law at the School of Law, Queen Mary, University of London, where she also serves as the Deputy Director of the Institute for Competition and Consumers. Maria holds a DPhil, MPhil, and MJur from the University of Oxford, and an LLM and LLB, both with distinction, from the University of Athens.
She has teaching, research, advisory, litigation and regulatory experience in all areas of EU and Greek competition law, with significant added experience in UK competition law. Having served as Commissioner Rapporteur and Member of the Board at the Hellenic Competition Commission, she has been involved in complex decision making while adjudicating numerous cases across different sectors of the economy including automobile, energy, transport, payment services, betting, consumer goods, and digital markets.
Maria also serves as the managing editor for the Journal of Antitrust Enforcement and as an editor of the World Competition Law and Economics Review. She is the author of ‘Consumer Involvement in Private Competition Law Enforcement' (OUP 2015).
Efi's skills focus on a broad range of practices, namely Administrative and Environmental Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, Arbitration, Litigation and Mediation, Pharmaceutical law.
She is a collaborative team member pf our firm with a results-driven mindset.
Evans focuses on energy law, international arbitrations, complicated litigations before the Greek courts, concessions and privatizations and contract negotiation and drafting (with focus on corporate, energy and construction). He is also very experienced in data protection issues, on which he regularly advises. He is heading the Energy Sector and the Data Privacy Departments and he is a core member of the Arbitration, Litigation and Mediation Department.
Evans is recognized by Chambers as having "extensive experience of traditional and renewable energy mandates, including advising investors on the acquisition of wind farms, and gas turbine developments" and being a "trustworthy, well-versed energy lawyer". Moreover, Legal500 has ranked the Arbitration, Litigation and Mediation Department of our Firm as Tier 1, stating that it has "has an excellent reputation for major domestic and international disputes", while it has ranked the Energy Sector Department favorably, mentioning the "strong track record" that it has in energy matters.
Evangelos' main area of focus is public law-specialized litigation before the Administrative Courts. He has experience with public contracts, concession agreements and public - private partnerships and has dealt with matters of banking regulation and investor protection.
Moreover, Evangelos has an overview of the regulatory framework for Energy in Greece and regularly advises multinational green energy operators in RES projects. Evangelos was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2016 and joined our firm in 2018. He is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
Evi's main focus is international and domestic direct and indirect taxation. Her experience includes providing legal assistance with respect to various taxation issues arising under financing and corporate transactions.
She also provides tax advice to high net worth individuals across a wide range of sectors and has also participated in numerous due diligence exercises conducted by our firm. Evi was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2011 and she is qualified before the Court of Appeals.
She also counsels foreign and domestic issuers on corporate advisory, compliance issues and implementation of regulatory change projects. Georgia is also active in financial services regulation and insurance law, M&A transactions as well as insolvency & restructuring.
She is a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets Department of our Firm.
