Annette is a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal whose extensive experience in legal firms of over 35 years is invaluable when dealing with Conveyancing matters.
Through her dealings with both private clients and developers, Annette has developed many strong relationships. Annette is reliable and focused, and has a demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
With over 20 years experience, Doris is a major asset of our firm. Her primary role is to assist George in his day to day work including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings and ensuring his files are well looked after and running smoothly.
Her positive attitude and common sense are invaluable in ensuring the high workload is dealt with in an efficient and orderly manner.

We are very pleased to welcome back Eleanore Colussi as a Senior Associate in our property team. Eleanore first joined Kydon Segal Lawyers in 2008 as a paralegal & licensed conveyancer before graduating as a solicitor in 2012. Eleanore left the firm in 2017 to gain experience in other firms where she has worked in various roles as a Senior Associate, Senior Property Lawyer and Team Leader. She has been building her skills and broadened her experiences and we are very happy to welcome her back to the KSL family!

Flora is a Conveyancing paralegal within the firm. Her primary role is to prepare and negotiate sale contracts on behalf of clients.
She has a decade of experience in this field and is an asset to our conveyancing team.
George is the Principal Solicitor of Kydon Segal Lawyers. He has built a strong reputation as a commercial legal advisor to small and medium sized businesses expanding over a wide range of industries including property development, real estate, construction, retailing, manufacturing and professional services.
Helen is the Marketing Manager of our firm and is responsible for developing and implementing the long and short-term marketing strategies of Kydon Segal Lawyers.
In line with providing an increased presence throughout the online world, she is also responsible for updating the monthly blog on our website and social channels. Helen will be providing an insight into the bigger legal issues facing our clients, and also keeping people abreast of major changes in legislation and case law.
Margaret is a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal and executive assistant with Kydon Segal. Margaret is able to assist clients from start to finish on any transaction, and applies over 40 years of legal experience to her work.
Margaret has an exceptional work ethic and is a major asset to our firm. Her wealth of experience and positive attitude has allowed Margaret to build strong relationships with both real estate agents and clients of our firm.

Maria is an associate solicitor who was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws. She graduated with an interest in Property Law, Family Law and Mental Health Law.
Maria has worked as a Paralegal at our firm since 2018. During this time she was able to develop the necessary skills required to succeed as an admitted solicitor. She is approachable, hardworking and enthusiastic.
As a young solicitor, Maria is eager to develop her own client base and strengthen her expertise in various areas of law. She is focused on assisting her clients in every way possible in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Matthew is a licensed conveyancer and he works closely with Dianne Duncan and Principal, George Vlahakis, in assisting clients buy and sell their home and investment properties.
Matt has several years' experience and has a very good rapport with his colleagues, clients, real estate agents and mortgage brokers. Having emigrated from Devon in the UK some 17 years ago, he has a reassuring yet easy English manner which can put the most fraught nerves at ease.

In her role as a family lawyer, Mekhala has advised clients in relation to a wide array of matters including Property/Financial matters, Parenting Arrangements, Child Support, Binding Financial Agreements, Enforcement Applications, Spousal Maintenance, Relocations, De Facto Relationships and Applications for Divorce. Mekhala regularly appears in the Family Court, Federal Circuit Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales.
She understands that clients often come to her for advice during a highly emotional period in their lives. Mekhala takes a pragmatic approach and works closely with her clients during these difficult times to ensure that they achieve the best possible outcome in a cost effective and timely manner through alternative dispute resolution procedures such as collaborative law, settlement conferences and mediations or when necessary through the intervention of the court.
Mekhala graduated from Macquarie university with Bachelor of Social Science with the degree of Bachelor of Laws majoring in Sociology and is currently completing a Master of Applied Law, majoring in Family Law and Wills and Estates. Mekhala has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and to the High Court roll of practitioners.
Melanie is the Practice Manager of our firm and has a wide range of management and
administrative responsibilities. She exhibits a wealth of experience in human resources and
Nicole is the latest addition to the KSL team. She has a broad range of experience in the hospitality industry in Australia and overseas and has spent the last several years as an office administrator for a large restaurant group. In her spare time Nicole likes to explore nature. She adores the beauty of marine life and enjoys diving.

As a Senior Conveyancing paralegal, Pam brings over 30 years of experience to Kydon Segal. She has extensive experience across all practice areas in the firm and has built strong relationships with clients of our firm.
Pam has meticulous attention to detail and is enthusiastic about assisting clients through any transaction as smoothly as possible.

Richard is a Senior Associate with Kydon Segal and is an integral part of the Kydon Segal Lawyers team having been with the firm for over 12 years. Richard primarily assists clients with wills, estates and various structuring needs.
Richard also practices in commercial leasing and has built a strong client base in the Eastern Suburbs, including both landlords and tenants. He is the go-to solicitor for many commercial real estate agents. He began his legal career as a Paralegal with Kydon Segal and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Richard is fluent in Foochow, Malay and Mandarin.
Sibel is a wonderful addition to the Kydon Segal team. Her bright manner and professionalism are key in welcoming our clients, both existing and new clients, to the firm.
Sibel has recently been promoted to the role or paralegal in the property team and is furthering her studies in conveyancing.
Sue is a valuable part of the team with over 20 years of legal administrative experience. Her primary role in the firm is to assist Meagan and Daniel in the carriage of their matters, including drafting court documents and communicating with clients and other legal practitioners.
Her wonderful manner, ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise duties and extensive experience in both family law and general litigation are key to ensuring the smooth carriage of matters in those areas of our practice.
Sylvia is our office all rounder. From taking on the reception role, to scanning or copying contracts, to drafting letters, she is always willing to help any of our staff in order to get the job done. Her easy going manner and bright smile are a welcome addition to our firm.
Zoe is the newest recruit at Kydon Segal Lawyers having joined the team in 2019. Zoe works in the Litigation and Family Law Practice Group . Zoe's greatest strengths are her passionate resolve to get the job done and the rapport she builds with her clients through the clear, constructive and pragmatic manner in which she engages with them.
