Founded in 2008, the Louisiana Construction and Industry Association (LCIA) provides benefits, programs, and services to all policy holders of LCI Workers' Comp, a Mandeville-based workers' compensation provider. LCIA's goal is to identify and meet the present and potential business needs of LCI Workers' Comp policy holders. LCIA is dedicated to helping our members flourish by offering programs and services to help them succeed within the contemporary business environment.
