Charlene N. Renwick

Ms. Renwick graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English Literature. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Renwick worked for a Vancouver based IT company, where she specialized in "dotcom" infrastructure. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Western New England College School of Law in 2006, after which, she relocated from Springfield, Massachusetts to Las Vegas to join a boutique estate and business planning firm, which works exclusively with high net worth clients. Ms. Renwick's passion for the court room led her to join the firm in 2007, where she has focused her practice on construction defect, premises liability and business litigation. During her time with the firm, Ms. Renwick has aggressively litigated a number of high exposure cases in both Northern and Southern Nevada, defending developers and general contractors in construction defect matters and property owners and businesses in general liability matters ranging from slip and falls to violent crime. She also manages the firm's bankruptcy division, which handles creditor claims and provides consulting services to corporate clients on business formation and management, in addition to contract negotiation and drafting.

Cynthia D. Ralls

Cynthia D. Ralls is an associate at Lee, Hernandez, Landrum & Carlson. She was born and raised in Orange County, California. Ms. Ralls obtained her Bachelor's degree in Social Ecology from the University of California - Irvine in 1992 with a dual emphasis in Psychology/Social Behavior and Criminology, Law & Society. During college, she performed an internship at the Orange County Public Defender's Office - Juvenile Court division, which caused her to become interested in law. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1996. While at Pepperdine, she was the President of the Public Interest Society and she completed internships for both the Municipal Court Judge in Malibu, Lawrence J. Mira, and the Superior Court Judge in Malibu, James A. Albracht. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ralls practiced in all aspects of insurance defense, including construction defect litigation, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability with an emphasis on large, complex cases. She has successfully negotiated dismissals for her clients, taken and defended key depositions, extricated her clients from litigation through demurrers and summary judgment motions, and mediated dozens of cases to favorable resolution. Ms. Ralls joined the firm in 2017. Cynthia loves learning about new industries with each new case. She enjoys taking complex legal issues and factual scenarios and breaking them down to simple facts and allowing her clients an opportunity to tell their side of the story. Her interests include attending concerts of a variety of different types of music, travelling to new places, and spending time with her children.

David S. Lee - CEO

Mr. Lee is the founding member and managing shareholder of the firm. Mr. Lee has over 24 years of experience mediating, arbitrating and litigating complex construction general liability/BI and insurance matters, including numerous appearances before Appellate and Supreme Court level courts. Mr. Lee has focused his practice on the representation of "target" defendants in construction related claims, as well as a wide variety of other civil litigation disputes. Mr. Lee has been a featured speaker at County, State and National Seminars on litigation & mediation. Mr. Lee has also served as one of the Bar's representatives on multiple committees aimed at improving pre-trial and trial procedures. In 2008, Mr. Lee began mediating and arbitrating various civil cases, including numerous cases where he has acted as a neutral through JAMS. He is experienced in resolving disputes involving complex construction, insurance litigation and contract issues, as well as simpler personal injury and contract disputes, which require a neutral to assist the parties in economically reaching a resolution.

Heather Ingle-Gernhardt

Mrs. Ingle-Gernhardt is the managing partner of the Northern California office of the Firm which focuses on construction defect litigation, immigration and bankruptcy. Mrs. Ingle-Gernhardt has over 13 years of experience litigating complex construction and insurance matters. Since joining the firm in 2012, Mrs. Ingle-Gernhardt's practice has focused on meeting the complex needs of developers and general contractors. Her bar admissions include the states of New York and California, including admission to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, the U.S District Court, Eastern District, and the Ninth Circuit, Court of Appeals. Mrs. Ingle-Gernhardt started her legal career working under student practice orders during her third and final year of law school in New York. She worked for the New York County (Manhattan) District Attorney's Office prosecuting misdemeanor domestic violence cases and for the Westchester County Family Court Legal Program providing free legal services for victims of domestic violence. During the course of her legal studies, she earned a certificate of concentration in International Law after studying for a semester at the University College of London, in London, England. Upon completion of her legal studies, Mrs. Ingle-Gernhardt returned to her native California and redirected her legal interests to civil practice.

Kevin E. Helm

Kevin E. Helm is Of Counsel at Lee Landrum Ingle located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Michael Sparian

Michael joined Lee, Landrum & Ingle shortly after graduating from law school. During his time at the firm, he has gained experience in all aspects of litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, and settlement negotiations. Michael's practice is focused on construction defect, representing both general and subcontractors, in addition to his strong focus on guiding developers through their licensing matters, land use and zoning. As proud alumni of Gonzaga University, Michael looks forward to bringing positive results for developers in Nevada. He also wants to work with developers in Spokane, Washington after he obtains a license to practice in Washington. Natasha A. Landrum

Ms. Landrum joined the firm in 2001, and became a partner in 2006. She represents developers and general contractors directly and as policy holders in construction defect, premises liability, environmental torts, transactional and personal injury matters as well as employment. Ms. Landrum also litigates other complex civil matters including transactional disputes, employment law and plaintiff injury. She has extensive experience in all stages of litigation including Appeals and has successfully secured multiple defense verdicts through Trial and binding Arbitration. Ms. Landrum's practice extends throughout Southern Nevada, Northern Nevada and Northern California. She also regularly serves as an Arbitrator for several matters. In addition to her active memberships with the State Bars of Nevada and California, Ms. Landrum is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the State of Nevada and the Southern District of the State of California. She holds the highest Martindale-Hubbell Preeminent AV Peer Review Rating and is a fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America. Originally hailing from the Northern California Peninsula Bay Area, she moved on to the University of California at Santa Barbara to earn a dual B.A. in Political Science & Sociology in 1996 later attending California Western School of Law in San Diego where she obtained her J.D. in 1999, and was awarded the Dean's Scholarship from 1996 through 1999. In 2000, Ms. Landrum relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada to join a litigation firm specializing in complex civil litigation (including multi-district litigation), class actions, and commercial business litigation. She has also drafted proposed legislative changes at the request of certain interest groups to submit to the Nevada Legislature. She helped spearhead the Southern Nevada construction defect bar's current efforts to arrive at uniform protocols involving case management and mediation. Ms. Landrum has repeatedly been invited to speak on the topics of additional insurance in California and Nevada, legal developments in construction defect litigation and post-trial procedure. She also teaches meditation and yoga. More recently, she speaks on techniques to increase mindfulness and reduce the impact of work stress on the body and mind.
