LATTASBURG LUMBER WORKS

We are a small log-to-fin ish lum ber oper a tion, nes tled in the heart of Amish Country... Stand ing tim ber is pur chased and har vest ed. The logs are cut on a sawmill into rail road ties, cants for pal let shops and grade lum ber. A per cent age of the Red Oak, Poplar, White Elm, Cher ry and Wal nut grade lum ber is kiln dried. The waste slab wood is used to heat the build ings dur ing the win ter months.
