LaserLux joined this new market in 1989, operating out of a small barn on the outskirts of Mercedes, TX. It wasn't long before refilling turned into remanufacturing, as the need for quality began to generate a market for replacement parts and supplies to rebuild these cartridges. What was once a low tech junkyard business has now blossomed into a high tech service and quality oriented business.
