Alex Avestini

Alex joined LifeStage Wealth Management in 2022, after spending 8 years working with clients as a financial advisor for a local Raymond James Financial Services team. Coming from a family of small business owners, he takes pride in developing, implementing and monitoring financial plans for individuals and business owners. Alex graduated from North Dakota State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and holds the CERITIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM designation.

Bruce Kuehl - President

Since 1988 Bruce has provided personalized wealth management services, guiding clients through their various stages of life. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and independent Registered Investment Advisor, he provides unbiased proactive advice to help clients accomplish their financial goals. Bruce graduated Cum Laude from Minnesota State University - Mankato with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting in 1983. He then worked for five years as a loan officer in the financial services industry before starting his financial planning practice. Bruce has taught classes on retirement and financial planning at local colleges as well as several Fortune 500 companies in the area. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association. Bruce and his wife Ranelle have three grown children, Waverly, Moriah and Crosby. Bruce enjoys leading a men's group at his church as well as conducting an English camp in Lima, Peru with his family and a group of 40 friends each year. He also loves family vacations, playing golf and tennis, and boating on the beautiful lakes of Minnesota.

Leah Schmitz

Leah has been with LifeStage Wealth Management since 1998. Her experience working with individual client needs and service requests is invaluable. In addition to client correspondence and service, Leah also works with special projects and events. Leah enjoys spending time with her two boys and hanging out with friends. They all three enjoy hunting and summer and winter fishing. She also enjoys looking for agates, morel mushrooms and wild asparagus. Leah always finds time to enjoy life!

Nate Hahm

Nate Hahm joined LifeStage Wealth Management in May of 2006 as a Wealth Advisor. Nate is a caring CFP® professional who can help navigate clients through the many stages that take place in their life. He is devoted to providing trustworthy unbiased financial expertise in partnership with our clients to enhance their financial security with service that exceeds their expectations. Nate holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation as well as the National Social Security Advisor® certification. He completed his Masters of Science Degree in Personal Financial Planning through the College of Financial Planning in 2017. During that time he also attained his Master Planner Advanced Study (MPAS®) designation. Nate attended and graduated from Minnesota State University-Mankato with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning. Nate is also a local member of the Financial Planning Association to keep up-to-date on any trends in the financial planning profession. Community involvement is important to Nate. He has served on boards of his church and children's school as well as a local nursing home facility located in the south metro. He currently is a Treasurer of his church. He serves local charities such as Feed My Starving Children, Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Heartland and many others. He works to instill these same beliefs in his four young children as well. Nate cherishes time spent with his family. His wife, Andrea, and their four kids - Grace, Isaiah, Noah, and Noel keep him very busy! Living in Minnesota, Nate enjoys many outdoor activities such as fishing, golfing, camping and just relaxing on the deck.

Pam Huston

Pam is our Client Service Administrator and came to LifeStage Wealth Management in the spring of 2014. Previously, she spent 27 years as a receptionist and financial assistant for Heritage Christian Academy in Maple Grove. She works with individual client needs and service requests, helps with planning events and handles several different types of office projects. Pam and her husband, Tom, have three grown sons and are now enjoying adding daughter-in-laws and grandchildren to their family. Some of her hobbies include antique shopping, walking with her husband and playing Sudoku.
