Albert Davidson was appointed as Country Manager for Linfox Indonesia and Malaysia in 2021, reporting directly to the Linfox International Group's CEO. Albert has more than 15 years' experience and expertise in operations, commercial and business development across multiple sections within the logistics and transportation industry. From 2004 through 2013, Albert worked with Linfox managing large scale operations and leading growth projects across the Asia Pacific region including Malaysia, India and Australia. Albert left Linfox in 2013 to take up the position of Senior Vice President Business Development Industrials for Toll Global Logistics. In this role, he was responsible for strategic management, retention and growth of top tier accounts, establishing vertical presence in new markets including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, India, Vietnam and Australia. Albert holds a Bachelor of Business, an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore and APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management). He is an accomplished and commercially minded supply chain professional with demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and build successful teams across different cultures and cross-functional areas. As Country Manager, Albert is responsible for Linfox Logistics' business operations, strategy and growth in the Indonesia and Malaysia market. Albert brings with him over 15 years' experience in the Asia Pacific region in senior operations, commercial and business development roles across multiple sectors within the logistics and transportation industry.

Brendon Bangma

In December 2022, Brendon Bangma was appointed as Country Manager for Linfox Laos and Cambodia. He has significant regional logistics expertise within FMCG, mining and agriculture sectors. In his earlier career, he worked with large Australian agri-businesses GrainCorp and Landmark across various logistics and manufacturing planning roles. He gained significant experience in bulk and dangerous goods transport and storage operations. In 2017, Brendon joined the Crawford Fund on a project to provide agricultural logistics expertise to the provincial government in the south of Laos. In 2018, Brendon had joined Linfox Thailand as an Operations Director leading cross-border operations into Laos. He was promoted in 2019 to be a Regional Account Manager taking care of a key customer relationship across the Asia-Pacific. Working alongside Linfox's Country Managers, he was pivotal in driving business change, value creation, and network transformation. Moving to Australia in 2021 to spend time closer to family, Brendon worked as the National Operations Manager with DB Schenker based in Sydney. In early 2022 he returned to Laos to provide management on the establishment and operation of the Thanaleng Dry Port at the junction of the new China-Lao and Thai-Lao railways. Brendon holds a Master's degree in Sciences from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies and Anthropology from the University of Sydney. He is currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Digital Transformation from the Australian National University. Brendon grew up in Sydney and enjoys wakeboarding in his free time. As Country Manager, Brendon is responsible for Linfox Logistics' business operations in Laos and Cambodia. Brendon brings nearly 10 years of local and international experience including significant expertise leading logistics operations for large FMCG, mining and agri-business customers.

A senior executive with more than 25 years' global experience, Damain has expertise in delivering excellence in supply chain, logistics, business management and solution design for customers in the FMCG, healthcare, retail, government, technology and resources sectors. He has held leadership and consulting roles for leading logistics, media and aviation organisations. Damain is passionate about building innovative and strategic, long-term customer partnerships to achieve outstanding results and deliver business growth. He is known for being a driver of customer centric cultures. Damain is a values-driven leader who prides himself on developing collaborative and innovative teams. He is a Non-Executive Director of SEDA College in Victoria and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Throughout his international career, Filip has steered supply chain development in different regions for METRO Cash & Carry, OBI, Douglas and Nike, and was responsible for the DHL Supply Chain business as Country Managing Director in Vietnam and Cambodia from 2014 to 2018. Filip has extensive experience in regional management positions, and has led multiple teams across Europe and Southeast Asia through business transformations and exponential growth. Filip holds a Master of Business Administration (Germany). He reports directly to the Linfox International Group CEO. Howard Critchley

Howard Critchley is a non-executive Member of the Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand Board, with over 35 years' collective experience in logistics, FMCG and industrial sales and marketing. Howard's impressive experience in the logistics sector includes 10 years of multiple CEO roles within CEVA, the world's second largest integrated logistics company (formerly TNT Logistics) and Eagle (EGL) Logistics. He commenced with CEVA in Australia, but his responsibility eventually grew to include the Asia Pacific business, with particular focus on Thailand, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and China (where CEVA was the largest automotive logistics company in the country). Howard also spent considerable time in India where he built a start - up logistics business. Prior to CEVA Logistics, Howard held senior positions at Australian Consolidated Industries, Gillette, Pepsi Co and Peters Foods/Nestle. In addition to Linfox, Howard is also a Non-executive Director of the top 200 ASX - listed Automated Holdings Group, Australia's largest cars retailer and largest temperature controlled logistics company. He is also a Statutory Board and Advisory Board member of TVS Logistics, India's largest automotive logistics company; and a Director of Y - Gap, a charity using social enterprise funding models. Born in Melbourne, Australia, Howard was educated at Wesley College. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Administration.

Ian Strachan - CEO

Ian is Chief Executive Officer of Linfox International Group (LIG) and a member of the company's board of directors. He is responsible for overall strategy, growth and operations at LIG. Previously, Ian was responsible for Linfox's Intermodal operations across Australia, overseeing the provision of interstate transport by road, rail and sea. Ian joined Linfox in 2008 as the Perth Linehaul Manager, before becoming Group Manager. In 2014, Ian became General Manager, Linehaul where he oversaw rail and road operations and managed customer contracts. In 2016, Ian became General Manager Intermodal, and then President Intermodal in 2017. Ian has worked in logistics all around the world. Prior to Linfox, he worked in supply chain management roles in Africa and the Middle East. Ian has a master's degree in Intermodal Transportation Management from the University of Denver, Colorado. Ian is married with two daughters. He enjoys cycling and has a keen passion for Rugby Union. Lauren is accountable for competitively positioning Linfox as a preferred employer and has oversight for all elements of the people lifecycle, including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, succession, leadership, development, diversity and inclusion, performance, culture, engagement, operational training, HR services and HR business partnering. Prior to Linfox, Lauren was Head of People and Development at Allens Linklaters and held various senior HR roles with Newcrest Mining Ltd and Accenture. Laurie directs and leads the strategic industrial relations framework across the Linfox Group to optimise alignment with the companies' strategic priorities. Laurie also provides leadership to manage the negotiation, review and implementation of a range of industrial relations agreements across the business. In addition, he provides advice and collaboration to resolve complex industrial and employee relations issues. Laurie has extensive experience in human resources and operations, and brings in-depth knowledge of employee and industrial relations and the development of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements. His career spans more than 40 years and includes work at some of Australia's leading blue chip enterprises including Qantas, Hawker De Havilland and Mayne Nickless. Previously Linfox Logistics President Human Resources, he has worked across the organisation for more than 20 years in various roles. Laurie holds a Graduate Diploma of Labour Relations and Law from Sydney University. Lindsay Fox - Founder

Lindsay Edward Fox was born on 19 April 1937 in Sydney, Australia and went to school in Melbourne at Prahran State School and Melbourne High School. The son of a truck driver, Lindsay left school at the age of 16 and bought his first truck when he was 19. Today, Linfox is one of the largest Australian-based transport and warehousing groups with operations in 10 countries. Lindsay has extensive involvement in Australian and international circles and apart from his business interests is well recognised and active in sport and charity work.

Mark Rowley

Mark is Director of Security and Compliance for Linfox International Group. He is responsible for the implementation and management of Linfox's regional security strategy and programs across Asia. Mark has over 30 years' experience in the investigations and corporate security with multinational companies in the UK and Asia Pacific. Prior to Linfox, Mark was the Global Head Brand Protection and Corporate Security for Umbro in the UK. In this role, he was responsible for brand protection & corporate security, this included auditing licensees and investigations. Previously, Mark was assigned to the UK's special investigations unit carrying out cross border multi agency investigations. He and his team were awarded by the National Anti-Counterfeiting Group for national investigations conducted in 1999, he was also awarded the freedom of the City of London for his work in conducting anti-counterfeiting investigations across the UK. In his earlier career, Mark worked with the UK Trading Standards Service where he led several successful investigations including motor vehicle fraud, financial investigations, and criminal activities across the Northumberland, North Yorkshire and Gloucestershire. Mark holds a Diploma in Consumer Affairs, completing papers in Law & Constitution, Economics, Fair Trading and Road Traffic Law. He also completed various UK police training programs.

After completing Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees at the University of Melbourne, he joined Gadens Lawyers where he provided legal advice on a broad range of commercial, insurance, corporate risk, property development and construction matters. He joined Linfox in 2007 as a Corporate Lawyer and later moved into an Associate Lawyer role, where he managed legal activities for the FMCG, Fleet and Safety functions. In 2012, Mark was appointed Legal and Commercial Manager for the Resources and Industrial business unit, contributing to the unit's strategic direction and providing legal and commercial advice. Most recently he held the position of Group Manager - Finance and Operations, reporting to the CFO and responsible for a variety of commercial functions in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to 2009, Michael held several senior finance roles at OfficeMax in the UK, Chicago, Paris and Auckland. Originally from Leeds, Michael has a degree from Cambridge University. Previous to Linfox, he worked at Coles for more than 20 years in senior IT leadership positions. Nick has a Bachelor of Business (Information Technology) from Victoria University.
