DAVE LEDE is Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Ledcor Group of Companies. He began working full-time with the company in 1970 when it was still Leduc Construction, and before that he worked as a laborer, equipment operator, foreman, and superintendent throughout his school and university years. After Dave completed his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and two years' post-graduate studies in engineering, he filled the roles of operations manager and chief estimator. As Chair and CEO he continues to expand operations, making Ledcor one of the largest and most diversified construction companies in North America.

IAIN MORRIS is Chief Operating Officer of Ledcor Technical Services and Construction where he is responsible for business operations in Canada and the US. Throughout his career, Ian has gained broad experience working in mining, civil construction, and telecommunications. After spending eight years as Vice President of Infrastructure Services, Iain held several leadership positions in the Pipeline, Technical Services and Construction divisions before assuming his current role. Iain graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science, Civil Engineering Degree.

He joined Ledcor in 2000 as a project manager and progressed through multiple senior positions to his current role. Jeff is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Saskatchewan.

JIMMY BYRD is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, in charge of stewarding the execution of Ledcor's growth strategy across Canada and the United States. He joined Ledcor in 2000 as chief operating officer of 360networks, has spent most of his Ledcor tenure as President of Ledcor Technical Services, the division responsible for building and servicing communications networks for clients across North America. Jimmy holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

He provides broad oversight, support, and strategic direction to Ledcor's heavy civil, mining, major projects, highway construction, and highway maintenance operations in Canada and the United States. Quentin graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta with a degree in Civil Engineering, and serves as a Board Director for the Canadian Construction Association and was recently the Chair of the Alberta Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction Association (ARHCA).

Leading our vertical building construction operations across Canada, Russell provides strategic support and guidance to our regional leadership teams. Since joining Ledcor in 2010, Russell has held progressively senior positions, including COO, Infrastructure Developments, where he supported many large-scale, complex construction projects, including public-private partnership projects for our Construction, LTS, and Civil Infrastructure groups. TOM LASSU is the President of the Ledcor Group of Companies. He originally joined Ledcor in 1981 as a student, working summers as a flagperson on paving projects. Once he joined Ledcor full-time, he worked in a variety of capacities, including project engineer, operations manager, vice president, and senior vice president. He is a designated professional engineer with a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, from the University of Alberta.
