Will Pate is Promoted to Vice President and Controller Will is responsible for leading LCS's financial operations, Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and other administrative management duties. Will is a highly skilled corporate accountant with 14 years of accounting experience in the design and construction industry. He is experienced in project accounting, general ledger accounting, GAAP accounting and compliance, reviewing journal entries, pay applications, and subcontractor invoices. Will is known for his creative problem-solving and communication skills and ability to adapt to changes in the accounting environment and latest changes to the profession. He is also part of LCS's executive leadership team and plays an integral role in LCS's financial strategic planning decisions.
