LIMERICK MENTAL HEALTH

Limerick Mental Health Association was founded in 2002 by a group of individuals who recognised the need for support and resources for those affected by mental health challenges in the local community. Since then the association has worked to raise awareness, reduce stigma and promote positive mental health through a variety of programmes and initiatives. Today, LMHA continues to serve as a vital resource for individuals and families seeking support and guidance on their mental health journey... LMHA provides a free signposting service for all. We aim to make it as easy as possible for people to navigate the intricate world of mental health support services. If people are unsure of what support they need they can call us and we will direct them to the correct service.
