Dan has been selling consumer and industrial products for the last 34 years in the Western US. As the Sales Manager of the Power Division, Dan oversees standby power estimates and new business development. Mr. Bergstrom is the "goto" guy when it comes to equipping skilled heath care facilities and keeping them compliant with regulators. Customers tell us that Dan acts as a resource of vital information to them and his knowledge is priceless in highly regulated industries. Dan is certified with EGSA, Generac, OSHA, and pursues commercial accounts for Legacy Power.

Jim Tracy - Founder

Jim is a seasoned business professional with over 30 years of experience in the Senior Management of active construction firms and structural products manufacturing. As a business owner and founding partner, Jim's major areas of responsibility are in the management and administration of the people who execute contracts and projects for Legacy's business areas. He oversees all executive phases of project work, including the preparation of contract documents and overall construction management. Jim has over 20 years of experience in communication and power line tower infrastructure, including managing multiple award projects. He has extensive experience with civil and structural work and has specialized in remote work across the Western United States, Alaska, the Pacific Rim and Antarctica.

Patricia Rider

Patricia is a dedicated office manager that holds the office together and running smoothly. With over 25 years' experience in office management her talents play a vital role in our team. Patricia plays a key role in keeping the I's dotted and the T's crossed behind the scene.

Ryan is a tower industry expert who has managed every aspect of Legacy's business groups. His experience has been recognized by his peers by naming him Chairman of the Safety and Education Committee of the National Association of Tower Erectors. Ryan has a great deal of civil experience and is an expert at remote logistics. He is the solutions responder for many of the old school microwave firms in the Rockies. As a co-founder of Legacy, Ryan spearheaded the formation and development of the maintenance division, Eastern WA Branch and is an expert trainer and teacher. Legacy's Senior Management team has worked together for over 20 years.

Vern has a proven track record of streamlining processes and procedures to enhance the productivity of individuals, departments, and organizations.
