Charlotte found her passion very early in life. Simply put, it's helping others reach their potential for success and happiness in life. This is her gift and one she has practiced for many decades. Charlotte was a junior high teacher for 30 years, then transitioned into a business/life coach 15 years ago. Her own two children, her students, and her coachees would describe her as a taskmaster with a huge heart. She will demand that you give your best, will teach you the strategies to succeed, and will love you through the entire process. Of course, Charlotte has the many requisite degrees and training (too many to list here) and will tell you that experience is the best training of all; that living and loving with one's whole heart is the key to your rich life.

Melissa Wolfe

Melissa brings over 20 years of talent development, culture improvement, and business coaching expertise to LeadersWay. Having previously held regional and national team development roles in a Fortune 500 company and at one of Canada's largest private insurance MGAs, Melissa's expertise spans processes and strategies for improving staff selection, external and internal talent assessment processes and technologies, retention, and capacity improvement strategies, and business culture and leadership development. Melissa's expertise is backed by a CPSA designation, and with DISC, PIAV, and PTSI certifications.

Shandelle Steine

Job Titles:
  • Executive Assistant
Shandelle brings a wide variety of experiences to her role at LeadersWay. Included in her background is experience as an operations consultant for a major Canadian food chain, insurance agent at the 7th largest broker in North America Shandelle majored in English and studied Media and Communications while enjoying her passion playing out a soccer scholarship. Through these experiences, Shandelle has an understanding of fundamental business operations, high customer service standards, and the importance of both teamwork and leadership in any kind of group setting.
