Angela Colón

Angela Colón is a principal within the Lemle & Wolff group of companies. She has 20 years of experience in real estate management and operations. Angela joined Lemle & Wolff in 1995 as a leasing specialist and worked in a number of different positions prior to becoming a principal in 2007. She supervises numerous departments, including leasing, subsidy, administration, legal, IT, and accounting, and is involved in all matters related to the day-to-day operations of the firm. Angela is a member of the Rent Stabilization Association and the Community Housing Improvement Program.

Anivelca Cordova

Anivelca is a principal and has been a key member of Lemle & Wolff Companies' development team since 2011. She has extensive experience working on affordable housing projects funded through various NYC HPD and HDC programs - coupled with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity financing. She is responsible for managing preservation and new construction projects through predevelopment to construction and the lease-up/loan conversion stages. Anivelca also has worked closely with tenants, leading bilingual information sessions on projects and relocation processes and coordinating rent collections to ensure compliance with government subsidy programs. Anivelca's project management background includes more than 10 years of real estate financing and banking expertise. Prior to joining Lemle & Wolff, she was a project manager at the nonprofit organization St. Nicks Alliance where she focused on developing financing strategies to recapitalize and improve existing affordable units. From 2006 to 2009, as an associate director in General Electric's North America Equity Business Development Team, she coordinated the due diligence efforts for five $2B - $5B merger and acquisition transactions and was responsible for providing support with all facets of deal analytics, research, and execution. Anivelca previously worked as a risk specialist and bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York regulatory agency. Anivelca has served on the board of directors of Neighborhood Housing Services Mortgage Corporation. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and Spanish from Wesleyan University.

Edmund Miller

Edmund Miller is a principal with the Lemle & Wolff group of companies working primarily with Lemle & Wolff Construction Corp. and Alltype Maintenance Company. He has been involved in more than 100 rehabilitation projects of occupied and vacant buildings and also been responsible for the maintenance of 270 Lemle & Wolff properties. Edmund has supervised all aspects of maintenance, including plumbing, roofing, electrical systems, carpentry, tiling, and painting. Prior to working for the firm's construction company, Edmund spent eight years leading a Lemle & Wolff department in the subsidy and leasing division and was in charge of the firm's property managers. Edmund also has 10 years of experience in the optical field. Edmund is a member of NYSAFAH's Subcontractor Leadership Committee and also a member of the Dyckman Business Improvement District Sterring Committee.

Kevin Thurman

Kevin Thurman is a principal at the Lemle & Wolff Companies. Since 2011, Kevin has provided legal assistance related to property management, construction and development, and he serves as General Counsel. Prior to joining the Lemle & Wolff Companies, Kevin was an associate at the law firms Goldson, Nolan, Connolly, P.C. and Nadel & Associates, P.C. and represented clients in a wide array of matters related to real estate and construction. He also worked at Enterprise Community Partners, where he assisted in project management and loan administration services related to affordable housing projects. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Bucknell University, a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law, and a Master of Science in urban planning from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a member of the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Planning Association.

Michael Sturmer

Michael Sturmer is a principal with the Lemle & Wolff group of companies. He joined the company in 2003 and focuses on its planning, development and construction activities. Michael has more than 25 years of experience in affordable housing and community development, starting in Chicago where he worked with community-based groups on the preservation of federally-assisted housing and the implementation of Chicago's landmark landlord- tenant ordinance through resident education and training. In Washington, DC, he worked as a consultant on the development of HUD senior housing and repositioning the portfolios of large public housing authorities. Michael has worked at housing authorities in Savannah, Philadelphia, and Kansas City, Missouri focusing on operational turnaround efforts, redevelopment, and new development opportunities. As the Director of Planning and Development for the Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri under federal receivership, he supervised the redevelopment of two distressed housing sites through HUD's Hope VI Mixed-Finance program and also administered a scattered site new construction program that greatly expanded the housing opportunities for low income residents in the city through the acquisition and development of property in areas outside the urban core.

Patrick Logan

Patrick Logan is a principal at Lemle & Wolff Companies with more than 20 years of affordable project management and real estate finance experience. At Lemle, Patrick develops both affordable and market new construction, oversees preservation and rehabilitation projects, and repositions existing affordable housing portfolios to ensure long term viability of properties. Patrick has significant experience executing transactions through HPD, HDC, and GSE financing programs. Prior to joining Lemle & Wolff, Patrick worked at Enterprise Community Partners, where he co-originated more than $50 million in affordable acquisition and rehabilitation and developed Enterprise's NYCERS lending platform. He also served as a mortgage officer at the Community Preservation Corporation, underwriting and originating $12 million in construction rehabilitation loans in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan. Patrick also worked for 10 years for the Fordham Bedford Housing Corporation, a community based nonprofit organization, where he executed and managed LIHTC's, new construction, preservation, rehabilitation projects, and green space development. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in media studies and Master of Science in international political economy development from Fordham University.
