Alex is our Social Media Specialist. She is the creative mind behind the images and works on tailoring the copy to suit the audience on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. She also keeps track of the performance of each post to ensure we are producing captivating content.

Gilbert Galindo

  • Head of Web Development
Gilbert is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of websites, ensuring that each site is easily crawlable, optimized for SEO, and adheres to Google's constantly changing page speed requirements. His duties also include defining the technical architecture of a site, managing the development timeline, and directing a team that delivers high-quality, reliable, and scalable websites.

Kristina Williams

Melissa Picciuto

Melissa is a Senior SEO Specialist at SLS Consulting. She reviews and updates website metadata to ensure that best practices are always utilized on our client websites. Melissa's responsibilities include on-site SEO, site maintenance, site restructuring, and content management. On any given day, she may be found working interdepartmentally to determine the best course of action for each client.

Rebecca Laws

Rebecca is Project Coordinator at SLS Consulting. She makes sure that projects stay on deadline and that all departments effectively collaborate together. Rebecca's responsibilities include corresponding with clients, relaying client requests back and forth between departments, and always ensuring that project tasks are fully completed. On any given day, she may be found taking part in client phone conferences, communicating with vendors, or keeping clients up-to-date on marketing campaign progress.

Richard Bray

Richard is the head copywriter at SLS. He writes and edits blogs and website content using words that sell and other writing strategies that will help your content rank high on Google searches.

Ronnie Gee

Ronnie is responsible for overseeing all design work that comes through and ensures that the team delivers high-quality, visually appealing and SEO/UX-friendly designs that meet the project's requirements and goals. He is also responsible for the management of a team of designers, and facilitates communication and collaboration between multiple departments, all while keeping the focus of producing leads for the client.

Rubin Ayup

Rubin is a Senior Graphic Designer at SLS Consulting. He turns concepts and ideas into finished websites, always keeping the user in mind to create a more dynamic web experience. Rubin is responsible for conceptualizing client wants and needs and turning those concepts into a functioning website design. On any given day, you may find Rubin researching design trends, creating website mockups, or utilizing every program in Adobe's Creative Suite.

Steven Alvarez

Steven is the Executive Assistant to the President of SLS Consulting. He works closely with the President by making sure things are organized and in place so that she can focus her time on other projects. Aside from that, Steven also takes meetings with clients and employees to help ensure that projects and other assignments are being completed on time.

Tim is Writing Coordinator at SLS Consulting. He oversees copy development at every stage from conception to completion. Tim's responsibilities include planning pages that best advance our clients' individual campaigns, facilitating tasks related to writing, editing copy or drafting short-form copy, and keeping and learning from data that helps the writing department improve and grow. On any given day, he may be found browsing our clients' sites looking for things that can be improved upon, proofreading newly written pages, or conversing with clients and vendors.
