Founded in 1991, On Point is a youth development organization serving more than 10,000 Middle and High School students throughout Hamilton and Bradley Counties. While On Point is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, our programs have reached over 40 states and 13 countries... We believe the choices adolescents make set the course of their entire lives. On Point equips them with the wisdom, confidence and support they need to make healthy decisions... On Point partners with schools and communities to cultivate the strengths in youth and guide them on their path to thrive.
