Mr. Allen concentrates his practice in family law litigation and collaborative law representation on family law matters including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, father's rights, modification of child or spousal support and adoption. He has successfully litigated cases in circuit and appellate courts in Missouri. In addition, Mr. Allen has succesfully litigated other civil, criminal and probate matters. While Mr. Allen's practice is primarily focused within the family law arena he also provides legal services in many other areas including, but not limited to, corporate and business representation, civil medical malpractice claims, municipal court and traffic offense matters as well as estate planning.

Mr. Thomas Allen is a recent graduate from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law. He was born and raised in Liberty, Missouri. Mr. Allen concentrates his practice areas in family law, restraining orders, debt collection, wills, criminal law, and traffic offense matters. Although new to the practice Thomas has already successfully litigated multiple cases. He is quick and efficient with communication and will always make time for you if you have a question.
