Arla Leipciger is a Senior consultant and Chief Financial Officer with Litcom. She has been involved in providing strategic and tactical financial management consulting services for the over 20 years. Arla's consulting experience has included interim CFO, feasibility studies, budgets and forecasts, assistance with business plans and selection and implementation of accounting systems. Arla is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

He worked across various sectors including financial services , private equity , and real estate amongst others. Dov started his career with RBC in Commercial Lending and holds a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from York University.

Steve Litwin is the President and CEO of Litcom. He has been involved in Technology Consulting for over thirty-five years and has a successful track record of providing business-based, technology solutions to clients in a variety of industries and geographies. Prior to founding Litcom in 2003, Steve worked with a number of leading IT consulting organizations including Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini, where he led the Canadian IT consulting practice, as well as Deloitte, SHL Systemhouse, and Accenture/Synerlogic. Steve has also lectured at the University of Toronto on a number of IT-related subjects. During his career, Steve has led and delivered projects in areas such as: IT Strategy, Transformation, and Architecture; Technology Merger Due Diligence and Integration; Software and Hardware Selection; and Enterprise Application Implementations. In addition, Steve has acted as an Interim CIO/CTO for clients undergoing IT leadership transitions.
