Alexander joined Litorina in 2022. He graduated with an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 2016 and he has also studied at the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to joining Litorina, Alexander worked as an investment professional at Nordic Capital focusing on investments within business and financial services in Europe. Prior to Nordic Capital, he worked as a strategy consultant at Arkwright focusing on strategy development and supporting investors with commercial due diligence.
Experience within consumer brands and retail. Former Board member of IC Group and CEO of Peak Performance, currently CEO of Muuto.

Andreas joined Litorina in 2014. He graduated with an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University in 2010 and he has also studied at the National University of Singapore.
Prior to joining Litorina, Andreas worked in the financial advisory industry, where he worked on public and private M&A transactions at the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup in Stockholm. Prior to Citigroup, Andreas worked with advisory services at KPMG's Transaction Services team.
Andreas has previously served on the board of Fresks (deputy).

Cassandra joined Litorina in 2021. She graduated with a BSc in Business and Economics from Lund University in 2016 and she has also studied at National University of Singapore.
Prior to joining Litorina, Cassandra worked in the financial advisory industry, where she worked on public and private transactions, IPOs and M&A transactions at Carnegie Investment Bank. Prior to Carnegie, she worked at Swedbank Corporate Finance.

Kristian joined Litorina in 2011. He graduated with an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 2008.
Prior to joining Litorina, Kristian worked in the financial advisory industry, where he worked on public and private transactions, IPOs and M&A transactions at Handelsbanken Capital Markets in Stockholm and Copenhagen.
Kristian has previously served on the boards of several of Litorina's companies, including LGT Logistics, Transportsektionen, Textilia, Eton (deputy) and Leo's Lekland (deputy).
Lars joined Litorina in 2008 and is the chairman of the investment committee and responsible for Litorina's new investment activities. Lars graduated with an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in 1994 and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1997.
Prior to joining Litorina, Lars worked in the financial advisory industry, where he held various positions at Handelsbanken, Merrill Lynch, Carnegie and Catella, working on both public and private transactions including capital raising processes, M&A transactions and IPOs. Lars has also worked as the CFO for Nordic Circle, a Swedish consultancy business.
Lars has previously served on the boards of several of Litorina's companies, including Semantix, Grolls, Cederroth, Fresks and Fiskarhedenvillan.

Magnus joined Litorina in 2008 and is a member of the investment committee. Magnus graduated with an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2006.
Prior to joining Litorina, Magnus worked in the financial advisory industry, where he worked on both public and private transactions including M&A transactions and IPOs at UBS Investment Bank in London.
Magnus has previously served on the boards of several of Litorina's companies, including RugVista, Eton, Ocay and Pax.
Mattias joined Litorina in 2010. He graduated with an MSc in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 2004 and graduated with a second MSc degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2006.
Prior to joining Litorina, Mattias worked in the financial advisory industry, where he focused on industrial companies in Europe and the Middle East at the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan in London.
Mattias has previously served on the boards of several of Litorina's companies, including Embellence Group, Fiskarhedenvillan, Sveba-Dahlén, Grolls and Cederroth (deputy).
Oscar joined Litorina in 2022. He graduated with an MSc in Finance Double Degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and Bocconi University in 2019.
Prior to joining Litorina, Oscar worked as a strategy consultant at Arkwright focusing on growth strategies and commercial due diligence. Prior to Arkwright, he gained insight into private equity at FSN Capital.
Paul joined Litorina in 1999 and is a member of the investment committee. Paul graduated with an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology in 1997 and has studied business and economics corresponding to a BSc in Business Management at Lund University.
Pavel joined Litorina in 2023. He graduated with a BSc in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Prior to joining Litorina, Pavel worked as an investment professional at Armada Credit Partners focusing on private debt solutions to fast-growing companies in the Nordics and the DACH region. Prior to Armada, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at DNB Markets in Stockholm, with a focus on leveraged finance.

Prior to joining Litorina, Philip worked as a strategy consultant at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Co.) focusing on growth strategies and commercial due diligence for customers in the Nordics and the Middle East.

Experience from a long career with the McDonald's Corporation in various roles with focus on operations, HR, marketing and communications. Currently engaged in the board of several profit and non-profit organisations.
International experience from the consumer services industry. Former CEO of Oriflame and several recent board positions including Joe & the Juice, O'Learys, Akademikliniken and Mediaplanet.
Tero joined Litorina in 2021. He graduated with an MSc in Economics from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki in 2012 and he has also studied at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Prior to joining Litorina, Tero worked in the M&A team of Klarna, where he led several fintech and eCommerce acquisitions across Europe and the US, as well as at Ratos, focusing on investments in SMEs across the Nordics. Tero started his career at Danske Bank's Corporate Finance team in Helsinki.

Thirza joined Litorina in 2019. She graduated with a MSc in Accounting from the Nyenrode Business University in Breukelen, the Netherlands, in 2010.
Prior to joining Litorina, Thirza worked as the CEO and CFO of Swedish Hospital Partners, the company that has designed, built, financed and now operates and maintains the New Karolinska Solna Hospital. Before that, Thirza worked within the real estate investment management business at CBRE Global Investors in The Hague, the Netherlands and in Stockholm. Prior to that, Thirza has also worked as a group controller at Unit 4 Agresso and as an assistant auditor at EY and Wallast Accountants & Belastingadviseurs.
