Dave spends his time concentrating on the bigger picture, the future of the company's development. He pays attenti on to the balance in the company, culture, and growth, keeping everyone on task and moving forward.
What does he love about lighting? Copious job opportunities! Dave remembers: as a young college student, I was a structural engineering major. I took Dr. Ron Helms Illumination 1 class as an elective. About a week into the class Dr. Helms asked my major, then he made a sly remark about how every engineering program in the nation graduates structural people, but only two produced illumination graduates. "Every one of my students has multiple job offers" he said with his signature "touché" grin. I changed my major the following week.
Dave's passions are: powder days, bustin' a lung on a long climb, carving canyons on the Duc, the whine of a flat-6 at 7 grand, hot desert nights, crisp mountain mornings, wineries, cold IPA, family, freedom and the U.S.A. , (not necessarily in that order but powder days are almost always first!)

Mari Ann is responsible for management of accounts, and all things numbers; she loves spreadsheets!
What does she love about lighting? Living in Colorado for over 60 years Mari enjoys 85% sunshine, which has given her a fond appreciation of lighting. She sees the need and importance of providing the best lighting in every situation for indoors, as well as bringing the outdoors in.
Mari Ann can best be described as a native of Colorado who loves the outdoors and camping. She enjoys fishing and 4 wheeling the Rocky Mountains.
Todd is the primary author of AGi32, Photometric Toolbox and Photometric Power Tools.
What does he love about lighting? Being associated with an evolving industry. With the advent SSL/LED lighting, the industry has been an ever changing, fun, and exciting place to be!
Todd can be described as: A die hard skier who enjoys alpine, cross-country, and patch skiing. A scuba diver and lover of various water sports. He can be found walking, hiking, and biking the great Colorado Rockies. He loves to landscape and has a garden with hot peppers. Hoppy beers and spicy red wines are appreciated.
