After graduating from Ball State in 1984, Tom Loucks founded "Tom's Taxes", preparing tax returns from his parent's kitchen table in Wakarusa, Indiana. His goal was to provide clients with quality, personalized services at an affordable price. Tom maintained that goal as the firm began to grow.
