Mr. Peniuk is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and corporate director. Mr. Peniuk currently serves on the Board and as Audit Committee Chair of Lundin Mining Corporation, Argonaut Gold Inc. and Kuya Silver Corporation, and has been on the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of numerous other Canadian public mining companies since 2006. Mr. Peniuk obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1982 and his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia (now the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia) in 1986, and spent more than 20 years with KPMG LLP Chartered Accountants and predecessor firms, the last 10 of which as an assurance partner with a focus on mining companies, including leading KPMG's Vancouver office mining industry group.

Dan MacInnis

Mr. MacInnis has over forty years of experience in worldwide mineral exploration, including Mexico, and was President and CEO of MAG Silver from 2005 to 2013. He has managed and directed multimillion dollar exploration programs for Noranda Exploration, Battle Mountain Gold/Hemlo Gold and Sargold Resources. Mr. MacInnis has extensive global experience in property acquisitions and joint venture negotiations and operation. A significant number of mineral discoveries have been made under his guidance. Discoveries include gold and base metal deposits in the US, Canada and Mexico. Mr. MacInnis is a graduate of Saint Francis Xavier University with a BSc. in Geology. He is also currently Chair of Group Eleven Resources and is a CGIC Accredited Director.

Dr. Peter Megaw

Dr. Peter Megaw, C.P.G., has a Ph.D. in geology from the University of Arizona and more than 40 years of relevant experience focused on silver and gold exploration in Mexico. He is a certified Professional Geologist by the American Institute of Professional Geologists and an Arizona Registered Geologist. Dr. Megaw has been instrumental in a number of mineral discoveries in Mexico including new ore bodies at existing mines, Excellon Resources' Platosa Mine, and MAG Silver's Juanicipio and Cinco de Mayo properties; discoveries for which he was given PDAC's 2016 Thayer Lindsley Award. Peter is the author of numerous scientific publications on ore deposits and is a frequent speaker at academic and international exploration and mineralogical conferences.

Fausto Di Trapani - CFO

Mr. Di Trapani commenced his career in public practice before transitioning to the mining industry in progressively senior finance roles with BHP Billiton, Norilsk Nickel and Mantra Resources. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Galiano Gold Inc., responsible for all aspects of the company's financial operations, treasury, taxation, internal audit, IT systems and risk management. Mr. Di Trapani was a key member in the financing, operational readiness, construction, operations and eventual joint venturing of the Asanko Gold Mine in Ghana, West Africa. He has been at the forefront of numerous debt and equity financings, multinational tax restructurings and complex contract negotiations at various stages of mining development and has played a pivotal role in transformational merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Di Trapani holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Sciences degree and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Gary Methven

Mr. Methven is a skilled mining professional with experience in the mining industry spanning three decades. His expertise includes deep level underground mining, long term mine planning, project management and consulting. He has managed technical and operational teams in deep-level precious metal underground mines and, in his more recent capacity as Principal Mining Engineer and Underground Manager for AMC Mining Consultants (Canada), has led technical and trade-off studies, authored technical reports, estimated and audited mineral reserves, and led operational due diligence for companies operating all over the world. Prior to joining MAG, Mr. Methven held several operational and consulting positions at Xtract, Hatch, Newmont, Gold Fields and Anglo American. Mr. Methven holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a practicing Professional Engineer with Engineers and Geoscientists, British Columbia.

George Paspalas - CEO, President

Mr. Paspalas joined MAG in October 2013. Formerly, Mr. Paspalas was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurizon Mines, Chief Operating Officer of Silver Standard Resources Inc., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Dome Africa, among many operational and project development roles with Placer Dome. During his career, Mr. Paspalas has been responsible for constructing and operating complex, open pit and underground mines in South Africa, Tanzania, Australia, South America and Canada. Mr. Paspalas earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree with Honours from the University of New South Wales in 1984. Mr. Paspalas is also a CGIC Accredited Director.

Jill Leversage

Ms. Leversage has over 30 years of experience in the financial advisory and services sector. She began her finance career at Burns Fry Ltd., and has held senior level positions at both RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities. Ms. Leversage currently serves on a number of public and government related boards including Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc., RE Royalty Ltd., Insurance Corporation of BC, CMAIO and the Vancouver Airport Authority. She is a Fellow in the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants, a CGIC Accredited Director, and is also a Chartered Business Valuator (ret.) of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.

Jill Neff

Ms. Neff brings over 16 years of corporate secretarial, corporate governance and securities regulatory experience to MAG, where 12 of those years focused on public companies within the mining industry. Most recently, Ms. Neff served as Corporate Secretary of Sierra Metals Inc., a position which she held since 2013. Prior to that, she was Corporate Secretary for a number of other publicly listed companies, including WPC Resources Inc. (now Blue Star Gold Corp.) and TTM Resources Inc. Ms. Neff completed the Paralegal Diploma Program at Capilano University in 2004 and began her career as a Securities Paralegal in national law firms including Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and Goodmans LLP. Ms. Neff is a certified CGIC Accredited Director.

Jim Mallory - CSR

Mr. Mallory has more than 44 years of experience in the mining sector, in mineral processing, operations, management and senior leadership roles. Formerly, Mr. Mallory has served as VP in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability roles for First Majestic Silver, Primero Mining, South American Silver and Silver Standard Resources. He is fluent in Spanish and his knowledge of Latin American culture and local stakeholder engagement has contributed to the advancement of sustainability strategies, community participation agreements and exploration and mining activity in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru and most recently Mexico. Mr. Mallory began his career with Placer Dome Inc., dedicating almost 29 years to their operations in British Columbia and Chile, before transitioning from operations to sustainable development roles in the late 90s. Mr. Mallory is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and an advisor to SOOP Strategies, a boutique consultancy firm specializing in sustainability services and reporting for the mining sector.

Marc Turcotte

Mr. Turcotte joined MAG in 2015 and has two decades of experience working in the natural resource sector. These experiences include field work, project development and management, trading and negotiating long-term commodity contracts, asset evaluations, joint ventures, divestures, M&A, IPO/RTOs, and numerous debt and equity financings in multiple jurisdictions. Before joining MAG, Mr. Turcotte was the Director of Corporate Development for Hecla Mining Company and prior to that, the Director of Corporate Development for Aurizon Mines Ltd. Mr. Turcotte received his Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics (Honours) from the University of British Columbia and MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Michael Curlook

Mr. Curlook is currently the Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications at MAG Silver Corp. He was born in Sudbury, ON and represents a third generation in the mining industry, attended the University of Western Ontario for Business Administration and recently received his CPIR designation and his ACC.DIR. He has extensive experience in investor relations, business development, sales & marketing, in senior positions at private and diversified public companies, with a particular focus on mining. His productivity emphasis has been; initiating and cultivating institutional relationships, speaking at conferences, numerous equity financings, developing/revamping IR programs to best practices conformity, and communicating with the research, investment banking, sales and broker communities. Previously, he was Head of Investor Relations and Communications at Great Basin Gold Ltd, Manager of Investor Relations of Farallon Mining/Hunter Dickinson Inc. Mr. Curlook is a Director of (CIRI) Canadian Investor Relations Institute BC Chapter, and a CGIC Accredited Director.

Mr. Barnes is Chairman of the Board of MAG Silver Corp., and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC. Mr. Barnes co-founded Wheaton Precious Metals (formerly, Silver Wheaton Corp.) in 2004, and served as their CEO from 2006 to 2011. He was a member of the Silver Institute's Board of Directors from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, Mr. Barnes was honoured with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Special Citation Award for Innovative Global Strategies, along with the Pacific Region Award for Mining and Metals. Mr. Barnes is a CGIC Accredited Director and is a member holding the ICD.D designation with the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Selma Lussenburg

Ms. Lussenburg is a business executive, former General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and current board director with over 35 years of business experience. She has held various senior executive positions encompassing a broad range of legal, governance, compliance, pension, safety and security, and operational responsibilities. Ms. Lussenburg currently serves on several other boards and committees, including Ontario Power Generation. Ms. Lussenburg is also a Canadian private sector member on the CUSMA 31.22 Advisory Committee on the resolution of private commercial disputes. Ms. Lussenburg has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for AT&T's operations in Canada, for the Ontario Municipal Retirement System (OMERS), and most recently at Toronto Pearson International Airport where her responsibilities included legal, governance, safety and security operations. Ms. Lussenburg has an undergraduate law degree (LLB) (University of Ottawa) and other degrees including a Masters of International Law (LLM) (Australian National University). Susan Mathieu

Ms. Mathieu has more than 25 years of international mining experience in due diligence, exploration, project development, permitting, construction and operations roles. Her mining experience covers the full spectrum from mine-site to corporate leadership roles in governance, environment, sustainability, community, health and safety, compliance and risk management programs and strategies. She has continually proven the ability to affect and contribute to change in diverse organizational cultures through building relationships, leadership in executing work and integrating compliance functions into governance systems and business processes. Since Ms. Mathieu commenced her career with Placer Dome, she has progressed to increasingly senior environmental, safety and sustainability roles with Falconbridge, NovaGold Resources, Centerra Gold, BHP Billiton, Golder Associates and NexGen Energy. Ms. Mathieu holds a BSc. (Honours) and MSc. in Biology from the University of Saskatchewan, and an Executive MBA from the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University. She holds the ICD.D designation and is an active member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Tim Baker

Mr. Baker has a B.Sc. in Geology from Edinburgh University and has substantial experience in operating international mines and projects. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation before retiring in 2010. Prior to joining Kinross, Mr. Baker was with Placer Dome, where he held several key roles including Executive General Manager of Placer Dome Chile, Executive General Manager of Placer Dome Tanzania and Senior Vice President of the copper producing CompaƱia Minera Zaldivar. Mr. Baker is currently a director of Triple Flag Precious Metals and RCF Acquisition Corp. He has previously been a director on the boards of Golden Star Resources (Chair of the Board), Sherritt International, Augusta Resources, Antofagasta PLC, Eldorado Gold, Rye Patch Gold (later Alio Gold) and Pacific Rim Mining. Tom Peregoodoff

Mr. Peregoodoff holds a BSc. in Geophysics and is currently the President, CEO and a director of Apollo Silver Corporation. Prior to Apollo, Mr. Peregoodoff was President and CEO of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd., where he led the company from the resource development phase through to the eventual sale to DeBeers Canada in 2018. Previous to that, he spent 18 years in several positions with the mining multinational BHP, culminating in his role as Vice President of Early-Stage Exploration, with global responsibility for all early-stage exploration across their commodity groups. Mr. Peregoodoff is currently a Director of TSX-V listed American Copper Development Corp, and ASX listed American West Metals Ltd.
