Boyd Earl has been representing personal injury plaintiffs for more than 30 years in the Western New York community, as well as in Northern New Mexico where he now acts as the managing attorney for the LoTempio P.C. Law Group. His areas of practice include Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Automobile Accidents, falls and all other negligence actions. As an experienced trial attorney who is admitted before New York State courts, New Mexico courts, Federal District Court, US Bankruptcy Court and the United States Supreme Court, he has helped thousands of clients obtain compensation for injuries caused by the negligence of others. He has trial experience in all types of personal injury and Medical Malpractice claims. Boyd Earl has expanded his practice in the past few years to include New Mexico, Boyd handles all types of Personal Injury cases in Taos, New Mexico and has been admitted in New Mexico to serve his local community with the same dedication and success he is known for in NY. He has also participated in the New Mexico Medical Malpractice Panels, which are made up of 3 attorneys, and 3 physicians, who listen to arguments regarding whether cases qualify as involving malpractice. As part of his volunteering work, Boyd Earl participated in a mission trip to China with Joni and Friends, delivering wheelchairs to the disabled for several weeks, and plans again to volunteer to work with the charity to assist others in their ability to care for themselves and enter the workplace in their home countries. Mr. Earl's interests also include photography and videography. He has served as an official photographer for the Ride for Roswell, Joni and Friends, as well as for Project Serve, a local service event. He has also traveled the world with his wife and family over the years, having now visited over 40 Countries, from Singapore to Iceland, taking photos and learning about the lives of others around the world.

Daylyn T. Blackman

Ms. Blackman is our newest attorney to join the Complete Counsel team of the LoTempio P.C. Law Group. She handles personal injury, matrimonial and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Blackman graduated magna cum laude from Canisius College. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree, she was hired as a legal assistant, wherein she worked directly with a senior partner on employment law and Social Security matters for three and a half years. Following, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law. In law school, Ms. Blackman was elected as Managing Editor for Buffalo Law Review. She participated in the school's Mediation Competition wherein her team came in second place and secured a spot in Regionals. Additionally, she served as a Research Assistant to the Vice Dean of Student Affairs. Further, Ms. Blackman volunteered at the Volunteer Lawyer Project's Helpdesk at Erie County Family Court, assisting and observing experienced attorneys provide counsel to underrepresented and low-income members of the community. Frank LoTempio III, prides himself on providing each client with personal and professional service. Mr. LoTempio graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science where he also received two Management Certificates of Business from the esteemed Simon School of Business. Mr. LoTempio earned his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. While in law school, Mr. LoTempio clerked for the United Steelworkers of America Office of General Counsel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in New York State, the State of Florida and the United States District Court Western District of New York. While in law school, Mr. Sanchez clerked in the criminal division of the United States Attorney's office in Tampa, Florida. His attention to detail has earned his clients' impressive results, including: Obtained an acquittal after trial for an individual charged with Driving While Intoxicated in a local Town Court. Successfully defended at trial a contractor alleged to have spread asbestos throughout a building which resulted in a total loss of the building. Had a mechanic's lien removed against a client's home and successfully defended the breach of contract claim at trial.

Jennifer Runfola

Jennifer Runfola is a general solo practice attorney who concentrates on criminal law and all matters pertaining to the general practice of law. After receiving her B.S. in Criminal Justice from State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1992, she went on to the University at Buffalo School of Law and the University of Akron School of Law. Jennifer Runfola has the Experience Jennifer has a great deal of experience in trial techniques. A member of the National Trial Team at UB, Jennifer and her team were the first in the University at Buffalo School of Law to win the regional round, earning them a spot in the National Competition in Houston, Texas. She was also a recipient of the Robert J. Connelly Trial Advocacy Award for High Honors during her time in the Trial Technique class. Jennifer is, to this day, a co-coordinator of the University at Buffalo School of Law's annual National Mock Trial Competition, and takes great pride in her ability to assist in improving the skills and trial experience of future attorneys. At the present, Jennifer is proud to be a Town Prosecutor for Cheektowaga, New York, and is responsible for prosecuting violations under the penal law, including violations of the Cheektowaga town code.
