Bob Deely is President & CEO of SimplyLEDs, LLC (founded in 2005) in Garden City, Idaho. Mr. Deely has considerable experience with start-up companies as well as large corporations. Prior to joining SimplyLEDs, he was President & CEO of MetaGeek, LLC (a company specializing in PC based spectrum analyzers for the wireless networking industry); President of Ox/Gen, Inc. (a start-up company that produced emergency oxygen systems); and Managing Director of Cypress Semiconductor, where he managed the Systems Product Development Group with locations in Idaho, Washington, California and Bangalore, India. Mr. Deely joined Cypress when the company acquired In-System Design where he was a Director in the company. Mr. Deely was a principal executive in helping guide In-System Design through the acquisition when In-System Design was purchased by Cypress. Prior to joining In-System Design, Mr. Deely was General Manager for the Hewlett Packard LaserJet Division. He was instrumental in the growth of the network printer industry for HP and assisted in the creation of several new Divisions with HP where he served as Manufacturing Manager, R&D Lab Manager and General Manager. He was integrally involved in the Hewlett Packard network printer business as it grew from zero revenue to over $1.2B in ten years. Mr. Deely joined HP after graduating from the University of Washington with honors. He also holds a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University graduating with honors.

Jeffrey A. Russell is founder and CEO of Jitasa, an organization dedicated to assisting non-profit organizations with their accounting and back office services. Jitasa, located in Boise, Idaho, is now the largest national accounting and back office services provider dedicated solely to the non-profit sector. Jeff has over a decade of business consulting, client management and back office experience. He has designed and implemented a back office shared service center that handled over $250M worth of yearly transactions. Jeff is a Georgia Tech Industrial Engineer (BSIE) and holds an MBA from Yale University.
