Amer Hammour - Chairman

Amer Hammour is Executive Chairman of Madison Marquette, and heads all real estate operations and investments for its parent company Capital Guidance in the US and internationally. As founder of Madison Marquette, he is responsible for setting the company's investment strategy and leads its growth and capital relationships. Over the past 38 years, Mr. Hammour has completed -- on behalf of Madison Marquette, Capital Guidance and its subsidiaries -- over 200 real estate investments in retail, office, land and industrial projects and developments valued at over $8 billion. Mr. Hammour holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MS in Business Administration from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Dan McCahan - COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Dan McCahan is responsible for expanding the company's national portfolio and building its network of relationships with capital partners and clients. Dan oversees day-to-day operations of the company's integrated services and provides the vision and leadership to contribute to portfolio and revenue growth. Previously, Dan served as Senior Vice President, Project Management responsible for managing the development of a portfolio over 3 million square feet (280,000 square meters) including retail, residential, hotel and office uses the development activity in Washington D.C. As asset manager he managed Madison's day-to-day activity as co-developer of The Wharf. Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Mr. McCahan was a development executive in Archstone's mixed-use division where he was responsible for evaluating new development opportunities, as well as oversight of projects from pre-development through construction completion. Notable projects include CityCenterDC, a $700 million mixed use development in downtown Washington DC, and Wisconsin Place in Chevy Chase MD. He also played a key role in developing proposals for Poplar Point and Howard University Town Center in Washington DC, in addition to other projects in the Boston, Baltimore and Atlanta markets. Prior to joining Archstone, Mr. McCahan was a project manager for Urban Atlantic where he was responsible for all aspects of more than $200 million in residential development. His projects included Henson Ridge, a major redevelopment in Washington, DC's Ward 8 that transformed a former public housing site into a new mixed-income residential neighborhood with 600 homes for rent and for sale, as well as a 238-unit apartment renovation and a market rate condo conversion in Alexandria, VA. In previous positions, Mr. McCahan served as Vice President for a real estate consulting firm, Basile Baumann Prost and Associates, where he focused on the privatization of military housing, and as a developer for Regency Development Associates, an affordable housing provider. Mr. McCahan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree in Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

David Brainerd

David is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing selected property acquisitions as well as overseeing investment management and disposition of owned properties. He leads co-investment opportunities and manages relationships with selected equity partners. David has more than 20 years of industry experience and has been involved in real estate investment transactions valued at $1.5 billion. He joined Madison Marquette in 2016 and has supervised investments for the firm representing over 2.5 million square feet of shopping centers, 1.4 million square feet of office space, and approximately 7,000 acres. He also serves as a Senior Vice President for Capital Guidance, Madison Marquette's parent company. He began his career with the mortgage-backed securities team of First Boston Corporation's Real Estate Finance Group where he was responsible for the underwriting large portfolios of commercial and residential mortgage loans for purchase and securitization by the firm. David earned a master's degree in management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. As a member of the Urban Land Institute, he serves as vice chair of the Commercial and Retail Development Council (Silver Flight) and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jim Evans

Jim is a 30-year veteran of the real estate investment management business with extensive capital markets and investment experience. He leads Madison's Live/Work Lofts initiative and co-leads the firm's Capital Markets practice. Jim joined Madison Marquette with the 2019 merger of The Roseview Group, a boutique institutional real estate investment and advisory company based in Boston. He has raised more than $5 billion of capital from institutional investors for a wide range of real estate investment vehicles, including funds, joint ventures and operating companies. During his career, Jim has invested more than $1 billion of equity in all property types across all major markets through a variety of structures. Prior to joining Roseview in 2014, he was Managing Director of Talmage LLC, an investment management company focused on acquiring commercial real estate debt, and Chief Investment Officer for Callahan Capital Partners, a national office real estate operating company. He also held positions at Copley Real Estate Advisors, Security Capital Group, Equity Group Investments and Greystar Real Estate. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University and completed his course work for a Master of Arts in Urban and Environmental Policy from Tufts University. He serves on the Dean's Advisory Committee at Suffolk University and is a member of Pension Real Estate Association.

Merle Brann III

Merle is a member of the firm's Investment Management team, where he focuses on retail and mixed-use sectors nationwide. Previously, as Director of Acquisitions, he was responsible for the origination, underwriting, execution and asset management of real estate investments in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Texas. Since joining the firm in 2006, Merle has also served as Investment Manager for several assets within the Madison Marquette portfolio. Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Merle was an Associate at Grosvenor USA, where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions in the Washington, DC and Chicago metropolitan areas. He also held roles at The Mills Corporation and Insignia/ESG earlier in his career. Merle earned a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Randolph-Macon College.

Peter Cole

Peter is a leader of the firm's Investment Management team focused on retail and mixed-use assets for the company's owned and third-party portfolio. He most recently served as Chief Development/Asset Management Officer, responsible for ground up, mixed-use and urban waterfront development activities. Peter is an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He joined Madison Marquette in 2015 and has overseen prestigious assets, such as District Wharf and Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, DC. Previously, Peter was Regional Managing Director with Fisher Brothers in Washington, DC where he negotiated the entitlement, design, and delivery of the Station House residential community. As Senior Managing Director with The Clarett Group, he oversaw all Mid-Atlantic residential, office and mixed-use projects. He led Agency Leasing while at Trammel Crow in Washington DC and in 2001, he opened Tishman Speyer's Washington, DC office. Peter holds a bachelor's degree from Connecticut College and a Master of Science in real estate investment from New York University. He serves on the Board of Directors for the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, is a member the Economic Club of Washington, DC, and is a full member of ULI serving as an Advisory Board Member in Washington, DC and on the Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council national Product Council. Peter also is actively involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington.

Rick Kirk

Rick is co-leader of the firm's Office and Healthcare Investment Management teams. Prior to the 2018 merger of Madison Marquette and PMRG, he served as CEO and Chairman of PMRG and directed all aspects of PMRG's operations. He was instrumental in expanding PMRG's capabilities into a broad range of successful development and investment activities in the office, multi-family and medical office sectors. As an experienced leader in the commercial real estate industry, he brings a focused and metrics-driven approach to strategic investment management and development planning, Rick went to PMRG after an 18-year career with Prentiss Properties. At Prentiss, he was responsible for directing all aspects of management and leasing of a national portfolio that included premier projects such as Dallas' Bank One Center, Franklin Square in Washington, D.C., the Atlantic Center in Atlanta, 601 California in San Francisco, 6500 Wilshire in Los Angeles, and Burnett Plaza in Fort Worth. His initial work with the firm focused on property management and leasing with responsibility for its 42 million square-foot portfolio. Rick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a certified public accountant. Rick is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tom Gilmore

Tom is a Principal and co-leads the firm's Retail & Mixed-Use investment platform. He works with the company's acquisition and investment management teams to source, underwrite, acquire and ensure execution of business plans for core plus and value add retail and retail/mixed-use assets. Additionally, he focuses on development and redevelopment projects to set retail programming and ground plane strategies and plans, and to secure catalytic tenants and partners to anchor retail programs. Tom applies over two decades of experience to our marquee projects such as the 80-acre/4.5M sq.ft. Hillstead mixed-use ground up development at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, DC; Asbury Park, NJ Waterfront redevelopment district; District Wharf in Washington, DC; and District La Brea in Los Angeles. Tom joined Madison Marquette in 2002 to form the Madison Consulting Group (MCG) MCG provided strategic planning, advisory and implementation services to clients such as the University of Pennsylvania, MIT, DMB Associates, Samsung, Universal Studios Hollywood and assets within Madison Marquette's portfolio. Within the company, he's held a variety of executive positions. In 2006, as Senior Vice President he worked with the firm's investment team to identify and assist in underwriting investment opportunities in Southern California, Arizona and Hawaii. As assets were acquired, he organized and led project implementation teams through the planning and execution phases of the project. In 2009, Tom was named Executive Vice President to manage the western region operating group, and from 2012 through 2017 served as President of the firm's retail services platform. Previously, Tom was Senior Vice President of Universal Citywalk, the 300,000 sq. ft. retail and entertainment center at Universal Studios Hollywood responsible for leading and executing the leasing and joint venture partnership efforts, establishing the operating plan, and overseeing the asset's operations in its initial five years. Tom began his career with The Rouse Company, serving in a variety of capacities within the company's operating group. A native of Baltimore, MD, Tom attended the University of Baltimore and is an active member of ICSC and ULI.

Tori Lambert - CFO

Tori is responsible for Madison Marquette's overall financial strategy, financial reporting, tax compliance and corporate financing. She also assists in raising equity capital and arranging project-level debt financing handled by the capital markets team. As a member of the company's senior management team, Tori works closely with the CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Chairman of the Board, and with services line leaders. In 2021, she joined Madison Marquette bringing two years as the Chief Financial Officer at Korman Communities and over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 21 years as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). At PwC, she was the lead engagement partner for Madison Marquette for nine years. At Korman Communities and PwC she delivered comprehensive financial and operational insights to owners, executives and boards of private and public entities across a breadth of industry groups including industrial, retail, construction, real estate development/management, and hospitality. Her C-suite and boardroom experience provides benefits involving leadership, audit committees and corporate governance, and risk management internal control. Her expertise also extends to regulatory relations, complex asset valuation, M&A, and fraud/forensic investigations. As a trusted financial executive and leader, Tori has an outstanding record of delivering solutions to complex financial and accounting issues and building and directing effective teams. Tori earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with emphasis in real estate from The University of Texas at Austin.

Vince Costantini

Vince joined Madison Marquette in 2019 as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer following the merger of Madison Marquette and The Roseview Group, a boutique institutional real estate investment and advisory company based in Boston. He founded Roseview in 2001 with a vision to create an investment and advisory firm of talented real estate principals with direct operating experience. Before launching the firm, Vince was President and COO for five years of Boston Financial, an institutional real estate investment advisor, where he was part of the senior leadership team that doubled assets under management to $7 billion and grew earnings fivefold during his tenure with the company. He also spent ten years at General Investment and Development Company, where he led the transformation of the private family investment firm into a multi-billion-dollar institutional pension fund investment advisor. Prior to founding Roseview, Vince also served as CEO of O'Neill Properties Group, where he oversaw large-scale office, retail, and residential developments from Boston to Washington, D.C. He earned a B.S. from St. Joseph's University and began his career as a certified public accountant and then as a consultant at Price Waterhouse. Vince serves on a number of business and nonprofit boards and is a member of the Investment Committee of the Charles River Realty Fund.
