Amer Hammour is Executive Chairman of Madison Marquette, and heads all real estate operations and investments for its parent company Capital Guidance in the US and internationally. As founder of Madison Marquette, he is responsible for setting the company's investment strategy and leads its growth and capital relationships. Over the past 38 years, Mr. Hammour has completed -- on behalf of Madison Marquette, Capital Guidance and its subsidiaries -- over 200 real estate investments in retail, office, land and industrial projects and developments valued at over $8 billion.
Mr. Hammour holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MS in Business Administration from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

As President of Property Services for Madison Marquette's Southeast Region, Bill Weghorst oversees day-to-day operations and long-term strategies for the region's service delivery and portfolio. In addition, he is responsible for leasing prominent Atlanta landmarks, including One Glenlake, Powers Ferry Landing, 999 Peachtree, The Fountains at Piedmont Center, and Northridge Center. Prior to the June 2018 merger of PMRG and Madison Marquette, Mr. Weghorst was President of PMRG's Eastern Division and was responsible for property services operations for the East Coast.
Mr. Weghorst has more than 25 years of office leasing experience in the Atlanta market. He has completed more than 1,000 lease transactions totaling in excess of 6.0 million square feet and with an aggregate dollar value of more than $600 million.
Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Weghorst was Senior Vice President of Asset Services at CB Richard Ellis, where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of approximately 4.5 million square feet of office space throughout Atlanta. His portfolio included major urban high-rise towers and multi-building suburban mid-rise developments.
Mr. Weghorst served as Senior Managing Director for Insignia/ESG prior to the firm's merger with CBRE. During his tenure with Insignia/ESG, he gained recognition as one of the city's most creative and aggressive third-party leasing agents.
During his career, Mr. Weghorst has leased many prominent Atlanta office properties including Bank of America Plaza, Centennial Tower, The Plaza, Lakeside Commons, RiverEdge Place and 2100 RiverEdge, Piedmont Center Building 14, Northlake Office Park, Tower Place 100 and 200, One Georgia Center, Cumberland Office Park, 1117 Perimeter Center West, Crescent Centre, and the Peachtree Lenox Building.
Mr. Weghorst has been recognized numerous times over the years for his leasing achievements. He has also received the 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 "Power Broker Award" by CoStar Group, which recognizes Atlanta's top brokers based on leasing activity for the year. He is an active member of the Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), where he was a charter member of the Million Dollar Club. He also sits on the Advisory Board for CoStar and is an honorary member of the Georgia State University Real Estate Honorary Board.

David Brainerd serves as a Principal and is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing selected property acquisitions as well as for overseeing investment management and disposition of owned properties. Mr. Brainerd leads co-investment opportunities and manages relationships with selected equity partners; and has supervised investments representing over 2.5 million square feet of shopping centers, 1.4 million square feet of office space, and approximately 7,000 acres of land for Madison Marquette. He also serves as a Senior Vice President for Capital Guidance.
Mr. Brainerd began his career with the mortgage-backed securities team of First Boston Corporation's Real Estate Finance Group. There he was responsible for the underwriting of large portfolios of commercial and residential mortgage loans for purchase and securitization by the firm. Mr. Brainerd brings almost 25 years of industry experience, and has been involved in real estate investment transactions with an aggregate value of $1.5 billion.
Mr. Brainerd holds a master's degree in management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, where he serves as vice chair of the Commercial and Retail Development Council (Silver Flight), and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Drew Genova joined Madison Marquette in 2019 as Chief Asset Services Officer for Madison Marquette. In this role, Mr. Genova manages strategy development for new business pursuits as well as account development and service delivery for the company's integrated leasing and property management asset services. Drew collaborates with Madison's regional presidents to expand the company's services platform, focusing on the growth of new and existing client relationships across service lines, asset classes and markets. His extensive experience developing and managing integrated property services for private and institutional owners is a key driver for the company's growth strategy.
Genova has over 30 years of experience as a business developer and account leader serving institutional investors and owners across the country. Prior to joining Madison Marquette, he was Executive Managing Director, Asset Services and Co-Leader/Strategic Accounts managing a portfolio of over 400 million SF at CBRE. He also led CBRE's public REIT practice. Previously, Drew served as an Executive Managing Director and Principal for Trammell Crow Company, where his responsibilities included agency brokerage, leading the Northeast Region's Portfolio Management Group and serving on the National Accounts Team.

Glen Perkins is Principal, Investment Management focusing on the office and healthcare sectors for Madison Marquette. Prior to the June 2018 merger of PMRG and Madison Marquette, Mr. Perkins served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of PMRG's Investment Committee for acquisitions and development, and was directly responsible for the vision, growth, and profitability of the firm's development business. Mr. Perkins led the team's strategic approach, capitalization efforts and joint ventures while identifying new business opportunities on a broad spectrum of initiatives.
With over 30 years in the real estate industry, his depth of experience encompasses all product types and facets of development, financial feasibility, investment analysis, transaction structuring, asset management, acquisition/disposition, leasing, and brokerage. As a former President and Divisional Partner with Trammell Crow Central Residential, Mr. Perkins also has significant experience in the residential sector.
Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Perkins built an extensive career with R&B Commercial Real Estate Services. He and his partners acquired R&B Commercial in the early 1990's and several years later sold their company to a publicly traded real estate firm. This provided a unique opportunity to join PMRG to create a national development platform, and expanding capabilities to include the healthcare sector.

Jim is a 30-year veteran of the real estate investment management business with extensive capital markets and investment experience. Based in Philadelphia, he is responsible for co-leading Madison Marquette's Capital Markets Advisory practice.
Jim joined Madison Marquette with the 2019 merger of The Roseview Group. He has raised more than $3 billion of capital from institutional investors for a wide range of real estate investment vehicles, including funds, joint ventures and operating companies. Over the course of his career, Jim has invested more than $1 billion of equity in all property types across all major markets through a variety of structures. Prior to joining Roseview in 2014, Jim was Managing Director of Talmage LLC, an investment management company focused on acquiring commercial real estate debt, and Chief Investment Officer for Callahan Capital Partners, a national office real estate operating company. Previous positions included serving Copley Real Estate Advisors, Security Capital Group, Equity Group Investments and Greystar Real Estate.
Jim earned a B.S. from Suffolk University and completed his course work for an M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy from Tufts University. He serves on the Dean's Advisory Committee at Suffolk University and is a member of Pension Real Estate Association.

As President of Property Services for Madison Marquette's Western Region, Jim Proehl is responsible for managing a portfolio of over 15 million square feet in 11 western states with a staff of over 125 real estate professionals. Prior to the June 2018 merger of PMRG and Madison Marquette, Mr. Proehl was President of PMRG's Western Division where he was responsible for property services operations for the West Coast.
Jim has over 35 years of diversified real estate experience in asset management, development, finance and property management. His success coordinating the repositioning of numerous projects and transitioning large multi-building portfolios in his 24 years with PMRG has helped fuel growth of property services in the region.
Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Proehl held the position of Development Manager for Tooley & Company, where he managed the development of two high-rise Class A office buildings, each in excess of 400,000 square feet. As a Senior Asset Manager with Metropolitan Life, he managed a Colorado and Kansas commercial real estate portfolio valued at over $300 million, including office buildings, hotels and retail centers.
Jim began his real estate career at Williams Realty Corporation, where he was an Associate Development Director with responsibilities for coordinating the legal, planning, financial, design and construction management for two mixed-use projects in Kansas City and San Antonio. In addition to his development experience at Williams, Mr. Proehl gained a thorough understanding of the financial reporting requirements of publicly traded companies.
Jim is a past National Board member of NAIOP and a past President of NAIOP SoCal. Mr. Proehl is currently on the Advisory Board of BOMA OC and is a Charter Member of the University of California, Irvine MBA mentorship program.
Mr. Proehl holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tulsa with an emphasis in real estate and a bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
John Elliott is Chief Financial Officer of Madison Marquette and is responsible for the overall financial structure of the company. He has more than 20 years of diverse and specialized real estate accounting experience -- including portfolio management, REIT structuring, audits, tax, property management, investor reporting and forecasting. In addition, Mr. Elliot has extensive experience with both domestic and international institutions.
Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Mr. Elliott was Senior Vice President/Controller and Acting CFO at New Tower Trust Company, a division of Bentall Kennedy. In addition to day-to-day fiscal responsibilities, Mr. Elliott executed all aspects of accounting and reporting for a $5 billion multi-employer property trust fund. Prior to New Tower, he worked as a Controller at both national and regional real estate companies including ING Clarion, The John Akridge Companies, CarrAmerica and Ronald Cohen Investments.
Mr. Elliott is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.

John J. Fleury, President and Managing Principal of Madison Marquette, is responsible for expanding the company's national portfolio, consolidating its strategic growth objectives and building its network of relationships with capital partners and clients.
John joined Madison Marquette in 2017, and oversees day-to-day operations of the company's integrated services, has P&L responsibility, and provides the vision and leadership to contribute to portfolio and revenue growth.
He has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, most recently, as the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer of Cassidy Turley. In this role, Mr. Fleury was responsible for driving and supporting a successful expansion strategy that tripled revenue through a combination of organic growth and acquisition activities. He also contributed to an aggressive best-in-class talent recruitment and management strategy that established the firm as an industry leader.
Before his leadership position at Cassidy Turley, John held management positions as President, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer at Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers and its predecessors: The Winbury Group, Property Company of America and National Bank of Washington, where he was a money market trader.
Mr. Fleury is a graduate of St. Louis University.

Josh Anderson co-leads the firm's Capital Markets and Corporate Solutions practices, which have helped clients close more than $6 billion in equity and debt financings, acquisitions and dispositions. For more than 18 years, Josh has been a trusted advisor to Madison Marquette's (formerly Roseview's) clients, helping to raise equity, restructure debt and set capital and business strategy for real estate investment and development companies across the country and for a wide range of property types.
After earning a B.A. from Harvard University, Josh began his career in the public sector, including three years in New York City government. He also earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Josh is a member the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Washington State Advisory Board of the Trust for Public Land.

Merle Brann is a member of the Investment Management team, where he focuses on the retail and mixed-use sectors nationwide. Serving previously as Director of Acquisitions, he was responsible for the origination, underwriting, execution and asset management of real estate investments in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Texas. Since joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Brann has also served as Investment Manager for several assets within the Madison Marquette portfolio.
Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Mr. Brann was an Associate at Grosvenor USA, where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions in the Washington, DC and Chicago metropolitan areas. He also held roles at The Mills Corporation and Insignia/ESG earlier in his career.
Mr. Brann has an MBA from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Randolph-Macon College.

Nigel Keenan brings over 20 years of experience with large and boutique real estate investment companies. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a diverse range of activities -- from acquisitions, portfolio and asset management and investment sales to strategy development and implementation. Cumulatively, these activities have totaled over $2 billion in actual transactions.
Nigel joined Madison Marquette following the 2019 merger with The Roseview Group. Before joining Roseview in 2009, Nigel worked at Colony Capital (Colony Realty Partners) as a Managing Director, where he was responsible for acquisitions on behalf of some of the largest pension funds in the world. He was a partner in funds sponsored by General Investment and Development (GID), where he worked for over 12 years and served as Director of Office Investments and Vice President of Acquisitions. Prior to joining GID, he was an asset manager at Boston Financial (Lend Lease). Nigel began his career at AREEA Investment Advisory Services Inc., where he worked on behalf of the Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Omar Doughan is a Principal in the Investment Management group and a member of Madison Marquette's Operating Committee. Since joining Madison Marquette in 2015, Mr. Doughan has been involved in the execution of the firm's strategic growth through a combination of organic growth and acquisition activities.
His diverse responsibilities include strategic planning, investment and asset management as well as day-to-day operations. He has over ten years of real estate and private equity experience - focused on financing, acquisitions, development, and operations for large portfolios.
Previously, Mr. Doughan spent five years at DTZ Investors in Paris where he was involved in the execution of investments across a variety of asset classes. Mr. Doughan received his Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut and a Master of Business Administration from ESCP Paris. He is a member of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE). He is fluent in French and Arabic.

Peter Cole is co-leader of Madison Marquette's Investment Management team focused on retail and mixed-use assets for the company's owned and third-party portfolio. He most recently served as Chief Development/Asset Management Officer, responsible for ground up, mixed-use and urban waterfront development activities.
Mr. Cole joined Madison Marquette in 2015 as an accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is responsible for some of Madison Marquette's most prestigious assets including District Wharf in Washington, DC.
Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Mr. Cole was Regional Managing Director with Fisher Brothers in Washington, DC where he successfully negotiated the entitlement, design and delivery of Station House. As Senior Managing Director with The Clarett Group, Mr. Cole handed all residential, office and mixed-use projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic. He came to the region in 2001 when he opened Tishman Speyer's Washington, DC office.
Mr. Cole holds a Bachelor's degree from Connecticut College and a Master of Science in real estate investment from New York University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for DCBIA, is a mentor at the Economic Club of Washington, DC, is a member of ULI serving on the Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council (UDMUC) national Product Council, and is actively involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington.

Rick Kirk is co-leader of Madison Marquette's Office and Healthcare Investment Management teams. Prior to the June 2018 merger of Madison Marquette and PMRG, Rick served as CEO and Chairman of PMRG and directed all aspects of PMRG's operations. He was instrumental in expanding PMRG's capabilities into a broad range of successful development and investment activities in the office, multi-family and medical office sectors. As an experienced leader in the commercial real estate industry, he brings a focused and metrics-driven approach to strategic investment management and development planning.
Mr. Kirk came to PMRG after an 18-year career with Prentiss Properties. There he was responsible for directing all aspects of management and leasing of a national portfolio that included premier projects such as Dallas' Bank One Center, Franklin Square in Washington, D.C., the Atlantic Center in Atlanta, 601 California in San Francisco, 6500 Wilshire in Los Angeles, and Burnett Plaza in Fort Worth.
A Certified Public Accountant, Rick first joined the commercial real estate industry as a financial analyst. After stints in accounting and finance he moved into property management and leasing with responsibility for Prentiss' 42 million square foot portfolio.
Mr. Kirk earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tom Lydon - Chief Investment Officer
Tom Lydon, Chief Investment Officer of Madison Marquette, is responsible for the day to day oversight of our investment team and their respective verticals.
Tom has served as an Advisory Board member of Madison Marquette since 2015 and brings unique insight into the performance and evolution of the company. In addition, he is a respected industry leader who brings decades of experience leading institutional investment organizations.
Most recently, Tom served 13 years as President of The City Investment Fund, a New York City-based investment firm established with Fisher Brothers and Morgan Stanley Real Estate as co-general partners. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of SSR Realty Advisors, a private real estate Institutional Investment Advisor. Currently, he is a director of Broadshore Capital Partners, where he serves as a member of the audit and compensation committees. In addition, Tom serves as the Lead Independent Director of Broadtree Residential and serves as a member of the audit committee.
Mr. Lydon holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate from Syracuse University.
Vince Costantini joined Madison Marquette in July, 2019 as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer following the merger of Madison Marquette and The Roseview Group, a boutique institutional real estate investment and advisory company based in Boston, MA.
Vince founded Roseview in 2001 with a vision to create an investment and advisory firm of talented real estate principals with direct operating experience. Before launching the firm, Vince was President and COO for five years of Boston Financial, an institutional real estate investment advisor, where he was part of the senior leadership team that doubled assets under management to $7 billion and grew earnings fivefold during his tenure with the company. Vince also spent 10 years at General Investment and Development Company, where he led the transformation of the private family investment firm into a multi-billion-dollar institutional pension fund investment advisor.
In addition, prior to founding Roseview, Vince also served as CEO of O'Neill Properties Group, where he oversaw large-scale office, retail and residential developments from Boston to Washington, D.C.
Vince earned a B.S. from St. Joseph's University and began his career as a certified public accountant and then as a consultant at Price Waterhouse. He serves on a number of business and nonprofit boards and is a member of the Investment Committee of the Charles River Realty Fund.
