Ambassador Thomas Graham Jr. - Chairman

Ambassador Thomas Graham Jr. served at the Arms Control Agency from 1970-1997 in many capacities. During this period he served in a major role in every significant arms control and non-proliferation negotiation in which the United States took part including: the Salt I, Salt II and Start negotiations as well as the test ban, conventional armed forces in Europe, chemical weapons, biological weapons and Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty extension negotiations. Ambassador Graham served for nearly three decades at the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, including a decade and a half as general counsel as well as Acting Director of the agency for most of 1993. In 1993 he led the effort to establish a long-term moratorium on the conduct of nuclear weapons tests. From 1994 to 1996, he was a principal figure in the worldwide effort to successfully support the conclusion of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty negotiations. In 1994 President Clinton appointed Thomas Graham Jr. as his special representative for arms control, non-proliferation and disarmament, with the rank of Ambassador. From 1993 to 1995 Ambassador Graham led the successful U.S. government effort to indefinitely extend the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. From 2009 to 2016, Ambassador Graham served on the International Advisory Board of the Nuclear Program of the United Arab Emirates. The mission of the Board was to help maintain the highest standards of safety, security, non-proliferation, transparency, and sustainability in the development of the Program. Ambassador Graham has taught at-among others-Stanford University, University of Virginia, Georgetown University, University of Washington, and Oregon State University. He has authored 10 books, written articles, and given legislative testimony. Among his books are: Disarmament Sketches, 2002; Unending Crisis, 2012; and Seeing the Light, the Case for Nuclear Power in the 21st Century, 2017. He received an A.B. in 1955 from Princeton University and a J.D. in 1961 from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the Kentucky, the District of Columbia, and the New York Bars. In 1995 Ambassador Graham received the Trainor Award for Distinction in Diplomacy from Georgetown University and in 2006 the World Order under Law from the American Bar Association. He received the Distinguished Honor Award twice, the Superior Honor Award twice, and the Meritorious Honor Award once from the Arms Control Agency. He also received the Meritorious Honor Award from the Department of State. In May 2019 Ambassador Graham was selected as Co-Chairman of the Nuclear Energy and National Security Coalition based at the Atlantic Council.

Andrey Mushakov

Dr. Mushakov oversees the nuclear fuel technology division of Lightbridge Corporation and is an expert in cost modeling and the economics of the nuclear fuel cycle. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility at Lightbridge. In 2018, Dr. Mushakov was named executive vice president for nuclear operations. In that role, he has led a number of strategic initiatives for Lightbridge that have resulted in collaborative agreements and joint development projects relating to Lightbridge's metallic fuel technology. More recently, he oversaw a successful team effort leading to two landmark agreements entered into in December 2022 with Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), the DOE's operating contractor for Idaho National Laboratory (INL), to support the development of Lightbridge Fuel™. The framework agreements use an innovative structure that consists of an "umbrella" Strategic Partnership Project Agreement (SPP) and an "umbrella" Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA), each with BEA, with an initial duration of seven years. Prior to that, he oversaw a team effort to apply for and receive two separate voucher awards from the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Gateway for Accelerated Innovation in Nuclear (GAIN) program to support development of Lightbridge fuel in collaboration with Idaho National Laboratory (INL) and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). The collaborative project under the GAIN Voucher with INL was completed in 2021 and included experiment design for irradiation of Lightbridge metallic fuel material samples in the Advanced Test Reactor at INL. The collaborative project under the second GAIN Voucher with PNNL was completed in early 2023 and included demonstration of Lightbridge's nuclear fuel casting process using depleted uranium, a key step in the manufacture of Lightbridge Fuel™. Dr. Mushakov has been a featured speaker at international conferences and panels on nuclear fuel technology, including the Wharton Energy Conference, the World Nuclear Fuel Cycle Conference, and the ANS Utility Working Conference and Vendor Technology Expo. He earned a Ph.D. in economics from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, an M.S. degree in management from Hult International Business School, and a B.S. degree in banking and finance from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Darla M. Bond

Darla Bond is a Senior International Human Resources Professional, with over 30 years of diverse international human resources experience and leadership in both large corporate environments and small business entities. Since 2011, Darla has provided HR consulting services in all aspects of human resource operations. She is the President and Senior Consultant in her company, HR UNLTD LLC. Prior to starting her own consulting business, Darla's career included over two decades of human resource service in Insurance and Call Center Operations. Her experience in the call center industry included site operations in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Caribbean, South Africa, India and the Philippines. As Vice-President, Human Resources, she developed and implemented human resources policies, including legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and employee events. Throughout her career, Darla has successfully designed HR programs, policies, and services to align employees with company goals. She prides herself in being a strategic, energetic, "hands-on" collaborative business partner, achieving results and influencing organizational success. Dr. Aaron Totemeier

Dr. Aaron Totemeier serves as a Senior Nuclear Fuel Consultant to Lightbridge. He is an expert in nuclear fuel technologies, radiation damage, and the nuclear fuel cycle. Dr. Totemeier provides strategic advice on nuclear power projects for Lightbridge and its partners, including technology evaluation, development, and regulatory compliance. Before becoming a senior consultant to Lightbridge in November 2022, Dr. Totemeier spent 14 years at Lightbridge where he started out as a nuclear engineer in 2008 and later became Vice President of Fuel Cycle Technology & Fuel Fabrication.

Dr. James Malone

Dr. James Malone is the Senior Nuclear Fuel Consultant to Lightbridge. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Fuel Development Officer of Lightbridge from 2010-2020. He has more than five decades of high-level experience in the nuclear industry, including extensive experience in all aspects of fuel procurement and management. In late 2009, Mr. Malone retired after a decade with Exelon Generation Company, where as vice president of Nuclear Fuels he provided strategic direction and tactical guidance for Exelon's nuclear fuel cycle activities. He was responsible for procurement (uranium, conversion, enrichment, and fuel fabrication) for seventeen operating nuclear reactors-PWRs and BWRs-and his expertise guided the management of used fuel. Dr. Malone's responsibilities also included special nuclear material accounting and safeguards, economics, and fuel cycle costs. Under Mr. Malone's supervision, the Nuclear Fuels department provided reload bundle and core design, safety analysis, and plant technical support, including fuel reliability, component procurement strategy, and decommissioning strategy. Before joining Exelon, Dr. Malone served for ten years as vice president and senior consultant at NAC International, where he consulted on fuel reliability and the front and back ends of the nuclear fuel cycle, among other issues. One of his last projects at NAC was the international safeguards system for the Rokkasho Mura reprocessing plant in Japan. Dr. Malone also worked for many years at SWUCO, Inc., first as a nuclear fuel broker, then as manager of technical services, and finally as vice president. Prior to SWUCO, Dr. Malone was manager of economic analysis at Yankee Atomic, where his work led to important decisions on fuel type and design. Dr. Malone began his career in nuclear power in 1968 as an engineer in the utility reactor core analysis section of the Nuclear Engineering Department of United Nuclear Corporation, where his duties included bundle and core design for the Dresden 1 and Yankee Rowe reactors. Dr. Malone is a member of the American Nuclear Society and past chairman of its Fuel Cycle Waste Management Division. He is also a member of the member of the World Nuclear Association's Fuel Cycle Members' Forum. Dr. Malone holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering (nuclear) from Manhattan College, an MBA from Iona College, where he was awarded the Graduate School of Business Award for Academic Excellence, and DBA from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Tobin became a director of the Company in September 2021. Mr. Tobin is a global finance and strategy executive with over 26 years of experience in international investment banking and public company leadership. Currently, Mr. Tobin serves as Chief Financial Officer of Camp Construction Services, a leading national provider in construction management services for multi-family and commercial clients, a position he has held since 2023. Mr. Tobin previously sat on the boards of data storage solutions provider Qualstar Corporation (2020 to 2021) and Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (2015 to 2018). Prior to his time at Camp Construction Services, Mr. Tobin served as Chief Financial Officer of National Underground Group from 2021 to 2023. Mr. Tobin served as Chief Financial Officer of global industrial printer manufacturer Printronix, from 2017 to 2021. From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Tobin served as executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Nanoflex Power Corporation, a publicly listed solar technology company. Prior to that, Mr. Tobin served as Director of Research and as a Senior Research Analyst at Roth Capital Partners, where he oversaw equity research on hundreds of small-cap public companies, publishing research on publicly traded energy infrastructure companies including nuclear power, wind power, solar power, and electric transmission and distribution. Prior to that, Mr. Tobin was a Senior Systems Engineer and Project Manager at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where he led teams providing systems engineering and integration services to the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Tobin began his career as an officer in the United States Air Force, overseeing advanced technology development programs and representing the U.S. as a NATO delegate. He graduated with honors from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Management and received an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

A member of the Board of Directors of the Company since its formation in October 2006, Mr. Daniel Magraw Jr. is a leading expert on international environmental law and policy, as well as on international human rights. He is a Senior Fellow and Professorial Lecturer at the Foreign Policy Institute at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and President Emeritus of the Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL). Mr. Magraw was the President and CEO of CIEL from 2002-2010. Mr. Magraw is chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of International Law's Carta de Foresta Task Force, serves as a consultant to the United Nations, was a member of the U.S. Department of State Study Group on International Business Transactions, and was Chair of the 15,000-member Section of International Law and Practice of the ABA. From 1992-2001, Mr. Magraw was Director of the International Environmental Law Office of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, during which time he also served at the White House (2000-2001) and as Acting Assistant Administrator of the EPA's Office of International Activities. He was a member of the Trade and Environment Policy Advisory Committee to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (TEPAC) from 2002-2010. Mr. Magraw practiced international law, constitutional law, and bankruptcy law at Covington & Burling in Washington, DC from 1978-1983. Mr. Magraw is a widely-published author in the field of international law and has received many awards. He graduated from Harvard University with High Honors in Economics, where he was student body president, and from the University of California, Berkeley Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. While working as an economist for the Peace Corps in India from 1968 to 1972, Mr. Magraw helped develop and managed the largest and most successful cooperative of its type (wholesale, retail, furniture manufacturing and food processing) in India.

Mr. James Fornof

Mr. James Fornof is Vice President, Program Management at Lightbridge Corporation, providing leadership, management and oversight of projects, and assisting the company with the implementation of corporate goals and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining the company in 2018, Mr. Fornof held several senior roles in nuclear projects and operations and power services. He was Director of International Nuclear Operations at Fluor Power Group, a global Fortune 500 firm, where he was responsible for nuclear projects globally, including new build EPC, operating plant capital improvements and decommissioning. He led international nuclear development pursuits in the United Kingdom, Argentina, Poland and Saudi Arabia, including client interface, technology partnering, and supply chain development. Previously Mr. Fornof was Director of Commercial Operations at BHI Energy | Power Services, a private equity-owned provider of maintenance and modification services to the nuclear, fossil, renewable, petrochemical and government sectors. He led the integration of the commercial process for multiple acquired product lines including maintenance and modification services, rotating equipment maintenance, valve services, I&C-E, steam and combustion turbine, and renewables. This included bid/no-bid determinations, pricing, proposal development and corporate governance. Mr. Fornof was also Director of Strategic Investment and Manager of Business Development for Nuclear Power Plants at Westinghouse Electric Company, and has held marketing, project management and business development positions with WesDyne International, DQE, OnDemand Energy Solutions, Allegheny Development Corporation and Duquesne Light Company. Mr. Fornof is a graduate of the Ohio State University, where he received a B.S.M.E. in nuclear engineering. He earned an M.B.A. in finance from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School, and conducted post-graduate studies at the Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management (WHU) in Koblenz, Germany. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Jesse Funches - Chairman

Mr. Jesse Funches became a director of the Company in August 2021. Mr. Funches has more than three decades of regulatory experience, including ten years as Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). In that capacity, reporting to the Chairman, he served as a key member of the senior management team that set the strategic direction for the agency and addressed policy issues. He established internal controls and risk management, achieving an unqualified assurance statement on the federal version of Sarbanes Oxley. Mr. Funches liaised directly with Congress and the Office of Management and Budget on financial and regulatory program issues and oversaw all aspects of agency-wide budgeting, performance evaluation, and strategic planning. Mr. Funches worked closely with the agency's chairman, commissioners, and program managers to license new power reactors and nuclear fuel cycle activities. Prior to working at the NRC, Mr. Funches spent six years at the Office of the Secretary of Defense in the Pentagon. As an Operations Research Analyst, he completed analyses and studies for use by the Secretary of Defense in making decisions on defense programs and activities and developed planning and fiscal guidance for use by the military departments. Mr. Funches earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Jackson State University, an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from Loyola College. He has won numerous awards throughout his career. In addition to winning the 2004 Donald L. Scantlebury Memorial Award (the federal government's highest award for excellence in financial management), Mr. Funches is a three-time recipient of the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Senior Executives and a two-time winner of the NRC's Distinguished Service Award. Mr. Funches was also an active member of the Federal Chief Financial Officers Council, a collection of senior-level officials working to improve government-wide financial issues.

Mr. Jon Johnson

Mr. Jon Johnson is the Senior Nuclear Regulatory Consultant to Lightbridge and is serving as the Acting Quality Assurance Manager. He served as Senior Vice President, Nuclear Regulatory Expert, at Lightbridge from 2008-2020. He is a former senior executive with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, is one of the foremost authorities on the licensing, safety, and regulation of nuclear power plants; he has been with Lightbridge Corporation since 2008. Regulatory agencies around the world have looked to Mr. Johnson for advice on reactor safety design, operation, and oversight matters, including the United Arab Emirates' Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation, the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, and the Japanese Nuclear Safety Institute. As deputy director of the NRC's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Mr. Johnson helped manage several departments, including inspection, licensing, assessment, new reactors, and event response at all 104 commercial and 26 research nuclear reactor facilities in the United States. Earlier in his career, Mr. Johnson was a deputy regional administrator, branch chief, and senior inspector for the NRC. He was the NRC's principal liaison to other countries' nuclear regulatory agencies and was past chair of the NRC's License Renewal Steering Committee; he also has performed nuclear safety assessments at several Department of Energy facilities in the United States. Mr. Johnson has been a featured speaker at IAEA workshops in Europe on topics including regulatory strategy and technical support, to the OECD on regulatory practices, and he has provided consulting to senior U.S. utility executives regarding reactor safety and performance. Mr. Johnson joined the NRC after serving nearly ten years in the U.S. Navy, where he was a nuclear-trained officer who directed dual-reactor plant operations at sea. Mr. Johnson earned a bachelor's degree, with distinction, in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master's degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Larry Goldman - CFO

Mr. Larry Goldman is a seasoned corporate finance executive with extensive auditing and strong SEC and SOX compliance experience and a proven track record of leading and advising public and private companies through capital markets transactions, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, an IPO, and other complex financial transactions. Mr. Goldman has been working with Lightbridge since 2006 and serving as our Chief Accounting Officer since 2008. From 1985 to 2004, Mr. Goldman was an Audit Assurance Partner for Livingston Wachtell & Co., LLP, a NYC CPA firm with over 20 years of assurance, tax and advisory services, including advisory work for a large privately held world-wide manufacturing and distribution company with consolidated annual revenues of approximately $1 billion, as well as working as engagement audit partner auditing public companies. Since September 2004, Mr. Goldman has provided consulting services to numerous public companies on various financial projects and has government contracting accounting experience. Mr. Goldman has an MS Degree in Taxation from Pace University and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Mr. Goldman serves on the Chief Financial Officers Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where he has served on the SEC Practice Committee and on the Management Consulting Committee. He has also been published in the New York CPA Journal.

Mr. Simon Murray

Mr. Simon Murray is an entrepreneur and banker. He serves as director, chairman, and advisor of major multinational companies. He has longstanding business relationships throughout Asia and Europe, and has been a Senior Advisor to Lightbridge Corporation since 2006. Mr. Murray moved to Hong Kong in 1966 and began working for Jardine Matheson. He later set up his own company, Davenham Investments, which was involved in project advisory work, in which N.M. Rothschild took a 50% interest. In 1984, he sold Davenham to Li Ka-Shing and became the Group Managing Director of Hutchison Whampoa, where he stayed for the next 10 years. During this period, Hutchison acquired control of Hong Kong Electric (at the time the largest corporate acquisition ever made in Hong Kong). He negotiated Hutchison's entry into the oil business through the acquisition of Husky Oil (the largest fully integrated independent oil company in Canada). Hutchison began the enormous expansion of its container terminal operations, Hong Kong International Terminals (H.I.T.), during this period, including the acquisition of the Shanghai Container Port in China and the port of Felixstowe, the largest container port in the UK. H.I.T. remains the largest container port operator in the world today, controlling over 25% of the world's container ports. Under the Chairmanship of Mr. Li, Mr. Murray led Hutchison's entry into the mobile telephone business - pioneering cellular phones in Hong Kong and developing the world's first nationwide P.C.N. system in the UK. - known as "Orange". He was instrumental in the launching of AsiaSat, China's first international launching of a satellite, and served as Chairman of its Board in its early years. After 10 years at Hutchison Mr. Murray became the Executive Chairman Asia/Pacific, of the Deutsche Bank Group. Deutsche Bank Group had a major presence in Asia/Pacific, operating more than 60 entities in 17 countries ranging from Pakistan to Japan and Australia. He left Deutsche Bank in 1998 and subsequently founded Simon Murray & Associates, with Deutsche Bank as a 40% partner at that time. In 1998, Mr. Murray established GEMS, as the investment arm of SMA, a private equity group, to make investments in Asia. His investors and partners have included major corporations such as AIG, Hutchison Whampoa, GE Capital, Richemont, Mitsui, Mitsubishi, Development Bank of Japan, and a number of privately-owned family companies. He was Chairman of Sheraton and Hilton Hotels, and served on the boards of a number of Hong Kong public companies from the South China Morning Post to the Cross Harbour Tunnel Company - from the Hong Kong Aircraft & Engineering Corporation, to Hong Kong Electric where he was Chairman for ten years. Mr. Murray is also a director of a number of public companies, which include Cheung Kong Property Holdings Ltd., Orient Overseas (International) Ltd., Wing Tai Properties Ltd., Richemont SA, Greenheart Group Limited, IRC Limited, Spring Asset Management Limited, and the China LNG Group. He has in the past served on boards and held advisory positions with a number of companies such as Vodafone, Tommy Hilfiger Corporation, Vivendi Universal, Usinor SA, Hermes, General Electric (USA), China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), Macquarie Bank, N.M. Rothschild, Bain, and was until March 2015 the Chairman of Gulf Keystone Petroleum; and until May 2013 the Chairman of Glencore International. He stepped down as Vice Chairman of Essar Energy plc in May 2014. In addition to Lightbridge Corporation, he is currently on the advisory board of SouthWest Energy (BVI) Ltd., and is a Senior Advisor on the International Advisory Board of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., PRC. Mr. Murray was awarded the Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) by H.M. The Queen, and the Order of Merit of the French Republic and is a "Chevalier de La Legion d'Honneur." In 2005 Mr. Murray became the oldest person to trek to the South Pole unsupported. Mr. Murray attended England's Bedford School and joined the French Foreign Legion in 1960, serving for five years in the Foreign Parachute Regiment. He wrote about that experience in "Legionnaire," a best-selling book. Mr. Murray also attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program.

Scott Holcombe

Starting his career as a Nuclear Fuel Performance Engineer at Tennessee Valley Authority, Dr. Holcombe gained extensive experience in assessing fuel integrity, performing manufacturing surveillance for multiple core reloads, and conducting new-fuel receipt activities. He later joined Westinghouse Electric Sweden AB as an Engineer and Fuel Inspector, where he analyzed fuel performance data, authored reports, and conducted pool-side inspections on irradiated fuel assemblies at BWR and PWR nuclear power plants across Europe. As an Engineering Project Manager at Westinghouse, Dr. Holcombe coordinated the technical work to support the successful licensing of a new Westinghouse BWR fuel design at the Leibstadt Nuclear Power Plant in Switzerland. Dr. Holcombe has been associated with the Institute for Energy Technology (Halden, Norway) since 2010, initially as a Guest Scientist on loan from Westinghouse and later assuming roles such as Researcher, Project Manager, Department Manager, Radiation Protection Officer, and Manager of the OECD Halden Reactor Project. In these capacities, he managed multidisciplinary teams, led nuclear fuel and materials irradiation experiments, and oversaw multi-million-dollar programs and budgets. Dr. Holcombe returned to the United States and joined Idaho National Laboratory in 2022 as Department Manager of the Fuel Performance, Development, and Qualification Department before joining Lightbridge as Vice President of Engineering in 2023 Dr. Holcombe's military background includes enlisted service in the United States Marine Corps (Reserve) and as an officer in the United States Navy (Reserve). His leadership training includes the United States Navy Direct Commission Officer Indoctrination Course and the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School. Apart from his technical expertise, Dr. Holcombe is fluent in Swedish and has a working knowledge of German. He has received numerous accolades and awards throughout his career, including the Uppsala University / Ångström Academy Innovation Stipendium in 2014 and the EPRI Technology Transfer Award in 2005. His dedication to excellence and leadership has made a significant impact on the field of nuclear engineering and research.

Mr. Grae is a member of the Civil Nuclear Trade Advisory Committee (CINTAC) to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, Nuclear Energy Institute's Board of Directors, American Nuclear Society's Trustees of Nuclear Leadership Council, Working Group on Climate, Nuclear, and Security Affairs of the Council on Strategic Risks, and Board of Directors of the Virginia Nuclear Energy Consortium. He is also a member of the Dean's Advisory Council at the Washington College of Law at American University. He has served as a member of the Nuclear Security Working Group, Nuclear Energy and National Security Coalition, Vice Chair of the Governing Board of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, member of the Board of Directors of the Lawyers Alliance for World Security, and as Co-chair of the American Bar Association's Committee on Arms Control & Disarmament. A member of the Board of Directors of the Company since its formation in October 2006, Seth Grae leads Lightbridge's efforts to develop and deploy advanced nuclear reactor fuel that will result in more electricity being provided from existing and new reactors, as well as enhanced safety and proliferation resistance, to allow nuclear power to compete and grow internationally as a clean source of base load electricity.

Sherri Goodman

Ms. Goodman became a director of the Company in April 2023. Ms. Goodman serves as Vice-Chair of the U.S. Secretary of State's International Security Advisory Board (ISAB) and on the EXIM Bank's Council on Climate. She is also the Secretary General of the International Military Council on Climate & Security (IMCCS), representing over 40 military and national security organizations addressing the security risks of a changing climate. She is credited with educating a generation of U.S. military and government officials about the nexus between climate change and national security, using her famous coinage, "threat multiplier," to fundamentally reshape the national discourse on the topic. She is a Senior Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center's Polar Institute and Environmental Change & Security Program and a Senior Strategist at the Center for Climate & Security. Ms. Goodman chairs the Council on Strategic Risks Board and the External Advisory Board on Energy and Homeland Security for Sandia National Laboratories. She serves on the Climate Council of the US EXIM Bank and the National Academies Advisory Board of the U.S. Global Change Research Program. She serves as a U.S. Board Director for the SSA operated by Schneider Electric Building Critical Systems, Inc. Ms. Goodman is a Board Director of the Atlantic Council and a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Ms. Goodman served as the first Deputy Undersecretary of Defense (Environmental Security) (1993-2001), responsible for environmental, energy, safety, and occupational health for the U.S. Department of Defense. Ms. Goodman established the Department's first environmental, safety, and health performance metrics and led its energy, environmental, and natural resource conservation programs. Overseeing the President's plan for revitalizing base closure communities, she ensured that 80% of the property became available for transfer and reuse. She led the Secretary of Defense's Arctic Military Environmental Cooperation program, which developed a container for storage of spent nuclear fuel for liquid waste from Russian nuclear submarines. Ms. Goodman served on the Senate Armed Services Committee staff, overseeing the Department of Energy's nuclear weapons complex, including research and development of nuclear materials and national labs and environmental cleanup and management. She has practiced law at Goodwin Procter as a litigator and environmental attorney and has worked at RAND and SAIC. Ms. Goodman has received numerous honors and awards, including an Honorary Doctorate from Amherst College in 2018, the Department of Defense Distinguished Service Award in 1998 and 2001, the Gold Medal Award from the National Defense Industrial Organization in 1996, and the Environmental Protection Agency's Climate Change Award in 2000. A graduate of Amherst College, she has degrees from Harvard Law School and Harvard Kennedy School.

Sherrie Holloway

Sherrie Holloway is an accounting professional with over 30 years of experience and leadership in a wide variety of corporate accounting functions for both public and private companies, including financial reporting, SEC reporting, monthly closing, external & internal audit, accounts payable, budgeting, reconciliations, restatements and post-merger acquisitions. Ms. Holloway's industry expertise spans ‘Big 4' public accounting, energy and natural gas, transportation, and international companies. Ms. Holloway is a member of the U.S. Women in Nuclear, an organization that aims to position the United States for the future of nuclear energy and technology through the advancement of women. Prior to joining Lightbridge in 2018, Ms. Holloway served as a consultant for 16 years, including 14 years with RGP, formerly known as Resources Global Professionals. As a consultant, Ms. Holloway undertook various sensitive and critical roles on behalf of clients, including as Acting Regional Accounting Manager for both domestic and foreign subsidiaries, as Project Coordinator on a post-merger ERP consolidation, as Project Manager and Team Lead on a post-Oracle implementation for reconciling $3 billion of construction in progress accounts. Ms. Holloway's clients included companies such as Lightbridge Corporation, Leidos, Deltek, The AES Corporation and Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Prior to her consulting experience, Ms. Holloway served as Accounting Manager for CNG International Corporation, a subsidiary of Consolidated Natural Gas Company which was later acquired by Dominion Resources, Inc. Ms. Holloway also worked for Consolidated Natural Gas at their headquarters in Pittsburgh PA as Supervisor, General Accounting and as an Internal Auditor. Prior to working at Consolidated Natural Gas, Ms. Holloway worked as a Financial Auditor for Price Waterhouse, LLP where she worked on various public and private companies. Ms. Holloway is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Sweta Chakraborty

Dr. Chakraborty became a director of the Company in September 2021. Dr. Chakraborty is a globally recognized risk and behavioral scientist and expert on risks ranging from climate change to COVID-19. She has spent the last 12 years advising government agencies on science and technology policy, specifically incorporating behavioral science in programmatic design and delivery, communication, and engagement activities. She has directly designed and implemented internal and external communication strategies informed by behavioral science in collaboration with Fortune 100 global companies, such as Mars Inc., Novartis, and PVH Corp. Dr. Chakraborty earned a B.S. in Decision Science from Carnegie Mellon University, a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science from Kings College London, and completed post-doctorate work at Oxford University. Dr. Chakraborty is regularly interviewed on major international news media outlets, including CNN, the BBC, Fox News, Sky News, and ABC. She was a keynote speaker at SXSW 2019, 2020, and 2021 and a speaker at TEDxCalgary 2020. Dr. Chakraborty has written extensively in peer-reviewed journals, contributed op-eds to publications like The Hill, and is currently working on her second book on adaptation to global risks. She directed a non-partisan science and technology policy institute and communicated its primary findings and policy recommendations to global stakeholders, ranging from the public to policymakers. She created and led a US-based live, weeklong virtual production for Earth Day 2020's 50th Anniversary broadcast to 140 countries during the COVID lockdown, resulting in a two million+ daily reach. She produces and co-hosts the popular weekly radio show and podcast "Risky Behavior" and launched and hosted "The Climate and Security" Podcast and a special series on nuclear as a fellow for The Center for Climate and Security. In September 2021, Dr. Chakraborty co-authored a piece featured on Morning Consult titled: IPCC Report Underscores Why the United States Must Embrace Nuclear Power to Avoid a Climate Disaster.
