Ruth Bell Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Taiwan Plant was established in 1993. It started from SPA salons in the early days. The research and development products are mainly self-produced and sold. In 2004, it invested in Hangzhou, mainland China to establish Hangzhou Plant. In 2008, it was transformed to focus on OEM/ODM of skin care products. Mainly focusing on service brands, there are currently two skin care products factories, which are convenient for customers to distribute and ship brands on both sides of the strait. The Hangzhou factory in mainland China is a 100% subsidiary in Taiwan, which can provide one-stop service for cross-strait R&D and production, and solve customers' changing sales areas. Products cannot continue or have the same pain points. Ruth Belle is an old Taiwanese brand and an international skin care products OEM, serving many well-known domestic and foreign brands.
