Darren makes user-friendly content for the Alchemy Academy and our social media channels. He's a professional photographer and business analyst who sees the alternative coatings industry from a different perspective. His talent is making complex messages simple and simple messages memorable. Go figure - to balance the screen time he loves lacing on the boxing gloves and sparring up a sweat, floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee!
Ed is the Alchemist, the Go-To Yoda. He's the ceaseless innovator behind the products, the glue that binds it together and the bloke who solves the problems. Go look for him and you'll probably discover he's creating a new metal finish in the workshop that's even more beautiful than the last. At the end of the day, Ed likes to relax with a free pour gin and tonic while reading excerpts of Tolstoy's war and peace.

Haley has a fine arts degree in photo media "with 1st class honours" (she shouts from the back room). Her creative insights cover a number of different disciplines and she is adept at solving creative challenges when discussing projects with architects and interior designers. Branding, marketing and messaging are all her jam and she is extra fond of fanging her sage green Mini Countryman around the streets of Canberra.

One of the three directors, Trent is a licensed builder and co-developer of the metallic coatings with Ed. (the Sorcerer's Apprentice) He's a master at solving difficult building challenges and juggling multiple projects at once, and you can always rely on Trent to get the job done right every time. He likes his coffee black and his vodka straight up.
