Though she was born in Canada, Esther grew up in Guatemala and has ridden for Guatemala at a number of international events. She competed at the 2003, 2011 and 2015 PanAm Games, as well as the Central American & Caribbean Games, where most recently she earned both team and individual bronze medals at the 2018 games in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Harper MacKenzie

Harper brings decades of experience in riding, training, competing and managing successful riding operations in BC and Ontario to his role at M2. His true passion, however, lies in teaching, and it shows in his ability to help students understand the most technical aspects of dressage. His in-depth knowledge of classical training principles comes from years of training with the sport's very best, including Canadian Olympic bronze medallist Cindy Ishoy, the late Neil Ishoy, Canadian Olympic team coach Norbert Vonlak, and 4-time U.S. Olympic medallist Robert Dover.
