In May 2004 we entered into a Joint Venture with our primary ceramic supplier and formed the Shandong Zibo Niceton-Marck Huaguang Ceramic factory (NMH). This factory is the China's largest manufacturer of premium quality stoneware ceramic products including mugs, tableware, flower pots, etc. We currently have the capacity to produce over 140 million pieces of ceramic annually with additional capacity available. In 2004 we also expanded our company to include International Tableware, Inc (ITI) which focuses on dinnerware products to be sold into Food service and Retail locations in North America.
