Andrew D. Grasby - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

Mr. Grasby joined Mancal as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in March 2022. He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate, commercial and securities law and has served as an officer and director of numerous public, private and not for profit entities. Mr. Grasby holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Laws degree and an MBA from Dalhousie University. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of England and Wales. In addition, Mr. Grasby is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D).

Ms. Arora joined the group as Assistant Controller for Mancal Corporation in June 2000. With the growth of the Mancal Properties portfolio, Ms. Arora was promoted to Manager, Finance in September 2006 and in January 2015 was promoted to Vice President, Assets and Finance. Ms. Arora graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce and received her Chartered Accountant designation in 1999. Ms. Arora has experience in accounting, finance, and real estate having previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and TrizecHahn Corporation.

Mr. Hughes was appointed Vice President, Engineering in January 2020. He has been with Mancal Energy since September 2002 in positions including Vice President Production, Operations Manager and Manager of Exploitation. Mr. Hughes has over 20 years of oil & gas experience. Prior to Mancal Energy, Mr. Hughes worked at Anadarko Canada Corporation as Senior Production Engineer following the acquisition of Berkley Petroleum Corporation where he was employed for two years. Mr. Hughes has extensive international & domestic field experience working both onshore oil & offshore gas developments in Africa and through field assignments in Canada with Ocelot Energy Inc. Mr. Hughes graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1992. Mr. Hughes is a member of APEGA.
Mr. Dunn joined Mancal Properties Inc. in June of 2014 as Property Manager. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Dunn had 26 years of experience with various Real Estate companies, most recently with 20 Vic Management for 16 years here in Calgary. Mr. Dunn has a diploma in Business Marketing and Advertising, and his Real Property Manager (RPA) designation.
Mr. Lutes was appointed President of Mancal Energy in May 2018. Mr. Lutes worked previously at Mancal Energy for five years from 2003 to 2007 as Vice President, Operations. Mr. Lutes has over 30 years of industry experience of which 25 years have been in senior positions including President & CEO and Vice President roles in Engineering, Marketing, Business Development and Operations. Mr. Lutes has held roles with Koch Industries, Southern Pacific Resource Corp., Hunt Oil, Newport Petroleum and Suncor Energy. Mr. Lutes has been an active member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) for over 20 years and is currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors and as Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Lutes graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Lutes is a member of APEGA.

Mr. Murray has more than 15 years experience in land management, negotiations, and strategy roles. Prior to joining Mancal, he held various positions of increasing responsibility within Canadian and International-based energy companies, including Devon Energy, ARC Resources, PrairieSky Royalties and TAQA North Ltd. Mr. Murray is a member of the AIPN, the PADA, and the CAPL, where he was previously an Executive Director. Mr. Murray holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and his MBA from Queens University.

Mr. Mannix joined the management team of Mancal Corporation in 2020. Mr. Mannix's experience spans several years in a variety of roles within our operating companies including Mancal Corporation, Mancal Coal, Manvest, Mancal Energy, Mancal Properties and Sapphire Water International Corp. In his current role, he works closely with the President & CEO of Mancal Corporation as well as the Presidents of each of the operating companies contributing to the development and execution of the each of the strategic plans. Mr. Mannix is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University's Bachelor of Business Administration program with a major in Management. Mr. Mannix currently serves as a Director of the Calgary Polo Club and he has been a Member of the Board of Carthy Foundation since 2015.

Ms. Stephenson is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Ms. Stephenson started with Mancal Energy in November, 2003 and was appointed VP Finance in January, 2013. Ms. Stephenson holds a Bachelor of Administration degree and a CPA (CMA) designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.

Ms. Bartko joined Mancal's human resources team in September 2017. Ms. Bartko has extensive experience in a variety of industries including environmental / engineering consulting, oil and gas and real estate. She has a successful track record of building teams, developing leaders and elevating the performance of those around her. Ms. Bartko currently oversees the Human Resources, Administration and Information Technology functions at Mancal. Ms. Bartko is a graduate of the University of Lethbridge Bachelor of Management program. She is also the current President of the Calgary Exchange Group.

Mr. Briscoe has built a successful career in real-estate leading residential developments for private developers in Alberta. Mr. Briscoe has managed the development of over 1,000 single family lots and over 700 multi-family units from acquisition through to construction, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Mancal in 2022, Mr. Briscoe was Vice President, Developments for Graywood Developments responsible for their real estate portfolio in Calgary. Mr. Briscoe holds a MBA and BA in Economics from The University of Calgary.

Mr. Lee is a key member of the Manvest Inc. team at Mancal with a background in investment banking, corporate development and strategy, private equity, and venture capital investments. A divergent thinker with a broad global network, he has been instrumental in growing the private capital portfolio. Mr. Lee excels in researching and analyzing traditional and non-traditional, emerging global investments adding value to portfolio businesses through his deep industry knowledge.
Prior to Mancal, Mr. Lee was an investment professional at a leading Pan-Asian private equity firm focused on mid-market growth capital and infrastructure investments. In addition to his private equity experience, Mr. Lee previously worked in cross-border merger and acquisitions advisory in his investment banking role at BDA Partners (global strategic partnerships with William Blair and the Development Bank of Japan). Mr. Lee also held corporate development and strategy roles at Teekay (NYSE: TK) and Caracal Energy (LSE: CRCL, acquired by Glencore in 2014).
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary with a major in Finance. His strategic and insightful views bring value to his current board member role with EMP Belstar Superfreeze Group Holdings and a board observer role with Nautilus Data Technologies.
Mr. Feick leads the Manvest Inc. team at Mancal. He and his team have a broad mandate as a private capital investor in opportunities that provide diversity, foster innovation, growth and long-term value to the Mancal Group. Mr. Feick has built on a track record of success to develop and grow the group with a portfolio of investments in agriculture, insurance, finance, infrastructure, clean energy, digital health and data analytics. As a former entrepreneur, he ensures that his operational and investor experience elevate the growth of the portfolio of investments.
Mr. Feick has held various positions within Mancal including Vice President, Special Projects and President, Mancal Coal Inc. Prior to Mancal, he was involved in starting and growing several businesses. He was the CEO & President at GRAF Canada Ltd. (former Mancal portfolio company), a leading manufacturer and marketer of high-end skating and sporting goods products that had a successful exit to a large Canadian private equity firm.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University. Mr. Feick brings deep operational experience, a drive to mentor management teams and a focus on corporate governance. He is a current board member of: Sulvaris Inc., Enterra Feed Corporation, Nautilus Data Technologies Inc., and Eau Claire Distillery Ltd.

A member of Mancal Corporation's Board of Directors since the company's inception in 1999, Steve was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2020. With a strong history in natural resources, he sat on the Board of Directors, and was President and Chief Executive Officer of IAMGOLD Corporation for over nine years. He also held overall responsibility for Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. and its U.S. operations, during his tenure as Executive Vice-President, Gas Transportation & International of Enbridge, Inc., while based in Houston, Texas.
Throughout his career, Steve has actively demonstrated a commitment to voluntary leadership. His most recent community affiliations have included Director, Corporate Campaign Committee of Texas Children's Hospital; Patron, UNICEF Alberta; and Director, YMCA Calgary. In recognition of his volunteer commitments, Steve was awarded the 2006 Alberta Centennial Medal.
