Our servicing counties are as follows: Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Livingston, Genesee, Orleans, Wyoming, Seneca and Yates. Our typical "turn-around" time, from order to delivery is 5-7 days. If circumstances prevent an appraisal from being back into your hands within 5-7 after we receive the order, we will notify you promptly... As an extra service, we will also run a search of our comparable database in order to locate similar sales within your subject's neighborhood. By this search, we are able to provide you with an estimated value range for pre-determining loan applications.
