Amanda Mahaffy

Bio Amanda Mahaffy joined the Mallette-Goring team in the Fall of 2017 in a Sales & Marketing support role while completing her registration, becoming licensed as Sales Representative in 2018. With nearly a decade of experience in the Financial Services sector with Royal Bank and Edward Jones having held CSC and LLQP designations, Amanda's strength for Investment Analysis and client care led to a natural transition to Commercial Real Estate focusing on Investment Sales and Corporate Tenant Representation. Amanda is a connector with a Bachelor in Communications degree from Laurentian University and an Advertising post-diploma from Cambrian College. Amanda supports the Mallette-Goring team in a Finance & Operations capacity while assisting her Investor and Business Owner client base.

Brigitte Lacelle

Bio Brigitte Lacelle officially joined the Mallette-Goring team as Sales Representative upon completion of her licensing in early 2020. Brigitte is a passionate Real Estate Investor having owned and managed a growing portfolio of Multi-Unit Residential investment properties for her own investment and on behalf of clients through Greater Sudbury Property Management (co-owner). The Lacelle Team prides themselves on being Investor Focused, providing Commercial and Residential Sales, Leasing, and Management services for those that want to build wealth investing in Real Estate.

Chris Tammi

Bio Chris Tammi became licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in early 2011 and received his training with CBRE Limited in Toronto. After a year of Brokerage in the GTA, Chris moved back to his hometown of Sudbury, ON in 2012 and joined the Mallette-Goring team, earning his Broker designation in 2013. Since then, Chris has quickly become one of the leaders in Commercial Leasing & Investment Sales in Greater Sudbury. In January 2020, Chris became Director of Sales & Leasing with Mallette-Goring and acts as Broker of Record for the firm. Chris is a graduate from the University of Calgary with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing and over a decade of Client Sales & Real Estate experience. Chris is an active Real Estate Investor, and is passionate about helping clients Build Wealth through Real Estate ownership. Chris is an active member of the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, and the Development Liaison Advisory Committee (DLAC) through the City of Greater Sudbury.

James J. Gainer

James (Jim) Gainer brings over 40 years of construction management and Real Estate experience to the Mallette-Goring team. Licensed in 1975, Jim began his career in residential sales, and earned his Broker designation while transitioning to a focus in Commercial Real Estate. Jim originally joined Mallette-Goring in the early 1980's, developing his clientele in Industrial and Commercial Leasing. Jim spent four years with Lorne Properties (developer) handling the firm's land acquisitions, leasing, lease renewals, and construction project management in Greater Sudbury and Barrie. For many years, Jim was also owner & operator of Gainer Windows & Doors, and after recently selling his business he is excited to rebuild his presence in Commercial Real Estate. Jim has a passion for cycling, riding thousands of kilometers a year with the Sudbury Cycling Club and on past trips around Ontario and in Europe.

Jean Leblanc

Bio Jean Leblanc continues to provide leadership to the Mallette-Goring team in an advisory role while supporting his well-established clientele in Commercial and Investment Real Estate. With nearly 40 years of Brokerage and Property Management experience, Jean Leblanc holds his Broker and CCIM designation and has been involved with some of the market's most exciting development projects. Community involvement has always been important to Jean, having served as a past Director of the Greater Sudbury Development Corporation, Past-President of L'Association des jeunes to la rue, as well as Director of Sudbury Synergy Project, Laurentian School of Architecture's Steering Committee, Downtown Village Development Corporation and the Sudbury Food Bank.
