Bio
Amanda Mahaffy joined the Mallette-Goring team in the Fall of 2017 in a Sales & Marketing support role while completing her registration, becoming a licensed Sales Representative in 2018. Amanda brings along nearly a decade of experience in the Financial Services sector with the Royal Bank of Canada and Edward Jones Investments, having held her IIROC license and LLQP life license. Amanda's strength for Investment Analysis and client care led to a natural transition to Commercial Real Estate focusing on Investment Sales and Corporate Tenant Representation. Amanda is a result-driven achiever who can excel in a fast-paced environment, always keeping client goals top of mind. Amanda is a connector with a bachelor's degree in Communications from Laurentian University and an Advertising post-diploma from Cambrian College. Amanda supports the Mallette-Goring team through her role on the leadership team and as the company's Finance Manager. Amanda contributes to the direction and growth of the company, all while assisting her Investor and Business Owner client base. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending quality-time with her family, getting out for a game of curling or golf, travelling the world, or getting outside with her children. Bio
Chris Tammi became licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in early 2011 and received his training with CBRE Limited in Toronto. After a year of Brokerage in the GTA, Chris moved back to his hometown of Sudbury, ON in 2012 and joined the Mallette-Goring team, earning his Broker designation in 2013. Since then, Chris has quickly become one of the leaders in Commercial Leasing & Investment Sales in Greater Sudbury. In January 2020, Chris became Director of Sales & Leasing with Mallette-Goring and acts as Broker of Record for the firm. Chris is a graduate from the University of Calgary with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing and over a decade of Client Sales & Real Estate experience. Chris is an active Real Estate Investor, and is passionate about helping clients Build Wealth through Real Estate ownership. Chris is an active member of the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, and the Development Liaison Advisory Committee (DLAC) through the City of Greater Sudbury.

Christine holds the role of Operations Manager here at Mallette-Goring since Summer of 2020. She is a natural leader, and brings her passion for organization, people and communication to help deliver a unique approach to Commercial Real Estate here in Sudbury. As someone committed to lifelong learning and personal growth, Christine's goal is to help others live extraordinary lives by making their business pursuits a reality. Throughout her involvement at the firm, Christine has been able to help clients achieve their goals and make a positive impact in our community. Prior to joining Mallette-Goring, Christine pursued an exciting career in the TV & film industry, holding many roles over almost a decade. She produced her own feature film, and you can see her work on Amazon Prime. Christine is goal-oriented and believes that anyone can lead a successful and fulfilling life if they remain true to themselves while never losing sight of their dreams. Her varied work experiences and personality has gifted Christine to speak the universal language of human. If you have a goal or need, she will make it her duty to achieve it. Christine holds a bachelor of arts in communications studies from Laurentian University and a graduate certificate in public relations from Cambrian College. Geoff joined Mallette-Goring in 2023 in the role of Development & Project Manager. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and relationships to our dynamic team that he developed as a Councillor at the City of Greater Sudbury. Geoff is focused on supporting local projects, helping set you up for success, and seeing our city flourish. A lifelong student and avid entrepreneur, Geoff has designed beer recipes for Stack Brewing, co-founded a critically acclaimed local restaurant, taught a generation of young musicians, and worked across our region's growing creative industry - bringing his energy, discipline, and expertise to stages, film sets and classrooms across Northern Ontario. From 2018-2022 he worked full-time representing Ward 4, and with Greater Sudbury Council was responsible for an organization with 2000 employees and a 2022 combined budget of $824 million. Geoff worked with council committees, outside boards, developers, residents, and community groups. He built high-trust relationships, took on significant leadership roles, and brought forward successful motions to modernize and improve city operations. Geoff served on the board of Greater Sudbury Utilities, the board of Conservation Sudbury, and as Vice-Chair of the City's Planning Committee - responsible for land-use policies, rezoning applications, and real estate matters. He spearheaded changes that eliminated barriers to affordable housing, strategically reduced development charges, and updated the Community Improvement Plans to increase economic development potential while taking $1 million off the tax levy. Geoff is passionate about continuing to improve our City's development framework while working directly with those entrepreneurs and developers who want to invest in our community.

James (Jim) Gainer brings over 40 years of construction management and Real Estate experience to the Mallette-Goring team. Licensed in 1975, Jim began his career in residential sales, and earned his Broker designation while transitioning to a focus in Commercial Real Estate. Jim originally joined Mallette-Goring in the early 1980's, developing his clientele in Industrial and Commercial Leasing. Jim spent four years with Lorne Properties (developer) handling the firm's land acquisitions, leasing, lease renewals, and construction project management in Greater Sudbury and Barrie. For many years, Jim was also owner & operator of Gainer Windows & Doors, and after recently selling his business he is excited to rebuild his presence in Commercial Real Estate. Jim has a passion for cycling, riding thousands of kilometers a year with the Sudbury Cycling Club and on past trips around Ontario and in Europe.

Krysta brings over 11 years of customer service experience to the Mallette-Goring team, 5 of these years specializing in Real Estate service. Krysta joined the brokerage in March of 2021 as a licenced Sales Representative. She offers a broad knowledge base in Commercial Leasing and Tenant Representation. Krysta always goes above and beyond for her clients. Krysta is passionate about creating meaningful relationships, through quality service and effective communication. She is a part of the Business Network International chapter in Sudbury and leverages her Real Estate experience to help her fellow BNI members navigate the commercial leasing process. When Krysta is taking time away from helping her clients, she is busy spending time with her horses. Krysta is actively involved in the equestrian community, on a recreational and competitive basis. Her enthusiasm, hard work, and dedication are reflected both in the workplace and in her personal endeavours.

Larry Gauthier is a veteran Broker in the Greater Sudbury Commercial Real Estate space, having served clients in a Sales, Leasing, and Management role for nearly 40 years. Larry manages an extensive list of investors and working partners throughout Northern Ontario. Larry's knowledge base and proven track-record as a market leader have led to a vast network of commercial real estate referral sources. Larry is a past director of the Sudbury Real Estate Board, a long-term member of the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, and has served on several planning committees and boards including the Commercial Advisory Board for the Ontario Real Estate Association. Community-minded and passionate about a balanced life, Larry and his family love to travel, and spend time on the lake enjoying Northern Ontario's beauty.
