Anthony Parent is Master Carpenter for MEH who specializes in finish/trim, framing, siding, window/door installation, rafter/stair layout, masonry and fine furniture making.

BEN ADAMS

Job Titles:
  • PROJECT MANAGER
Ben is a project manager at Main Eco Homes for our custom home builds. He has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship that Main Eco Homes provides. He really enjoys bringing the dream vision of our clients to life through their home build process. Ben believes every home should bring ease to your everyday life with functional design and eye-catching aesthetics. Behind the scenes, Ben is a California native turned New England adventurer. He loves being outdoors, snowboarding in the winter and on the lake in the summers with his daughter and friends.

BRIE HINMAN

Job Titles:
  • HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
Brie is the Human Resources Administrator for Main Eco Homes; she is a positive and productive professional, known for her excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication. Supporting each employee with sincerity and authenticity. Brie analytically assesses company needs and identifies opportunities for professional growth. She approaches procedural development and collaborative efforts with creativity and adaptability. Outside of work, Brie can be found performing with local dance companies, hiking with her dog and family, and enjoying the beaches that brought her to the Lakes Region.

CHRIS COLELLO

  • FINAL FINISH SPECIALIST
Chris came to Main Eco Homes after 13 years in education. In high school Chris took 3 years of Building Construction and worked as a Carpenter's Helper throughout high school and after graduation. He enjoys how each day is different along with the many different tasks to complete. Chris enjoys all aspects of building and learning new skills. In his free time you will find Chris with his son fishing, camping, or traveling and pretty much anything that has to do with the outdoors. He love sports, including watching his son play soccer, and Chris also participates playing football in the fall.

CHRIS PERKINS

Job Titles:
  • CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT
Chris is the pre-construction assistant for Main Eco Homes. He works with customers to make their pre-construction experience as smooth and seamless as possible. He enjoys working with a tight knit team that is dedicated to top quality building. He graduated from the University of Maine in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering Technology and two minors in surveying and entrepreneurial engineering. When not working, he can be found with friends and family, watching movies, playing games, biking, or hiking.

DANIELLE DAVIS

Job Titles:
  • FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Danielle is the Financial Controller for Main Eco Homes. She comes with a wealth of experience that enables her to fully support the Main Eco Home team. In her role as Controller, she provides clients with detailed monthly billings and ensures our clients always know where they stand budget-wise. Throughout the build, she maintains all subcontractor invoices. She coordinates with banks and construction lenders, and prepares all of Main Eco Home's payment requests. Making sure customers are informed and extremely satisfied is a must for Danielle. She started her career in Norwell, Massachusetts working for Fortune 500 companies where she learned to work in a fast pace environment, teaching her the knowledge to be proactive and efficient. Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, grandson, daughters and family.

Edward Akers - COO

Edward Akers is the Director of operations for Main Eco Homes. He has been in the Building Industry for over 30 yrs and has a Associates Degree in Building Construction Technology. Edward is involved with all of the different phases of the projects. From the field experience, to the pre-construction team Edward fully supports the Main Eco Homes team. Edward Works directly with the project managers in planning and scheduling the projects. With his customer service experience Ed works with the pre-construction team in planning and designing our custom homes projects. Edward has a passion for helping others and really enjoys working with team to provide our clients their future Dreams. His goal is to be a big part of building and revitalizing the community. Outside of work Ed really enjoys family time and the great outdoors.

Heather Swain

Heather Swain is the Finance and Administrative Assistant for Main Eco Homes and enjoys bringing a friendly face to the office. She was drawn to MEH's mission to leave a positive impact on others and strives to achieve that both in her professional and personal life While Heather's unique experience with nonprofits brings an array of skills, it is her love of spreadsheets and QuickBooks that makes her a real asset to the team. Heather currently resides in Norway, where she enjoys reading, spending time with her two cats (Lincoln and Lucy), and exploring the outdoors.

JOSHUA CARNELLO

Josh Carnello is the commercial site logistics coordinator for MEH. Josh has a background in many different fields and applies the knowledge from all the different roles he's held in the past to help create a beautiful product. As a logistics coordinator, he can be caught staining a specific piece of wood or keeping the site clean and organized. Within his role, josh also tracks and keeps inventory of products that have been chosen by the homeowner and makes sure they are accounted for and kept safe until needed. He enjoys working with his teammates to create a beautiful home and loves to prove to the customer that they are in the best hands possible. When josh is not at work he loves spending time with his wife Mckayla doing activities like hiking, fishing, home renovations, and spending time with their animals.

JUSTIN MCIVER - Founder

Justin is a native of the Lake Region area and is the founder and owner of Main Eco Homes. Having grown up in the family electrical business he went on to receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colby Sawyer College. Justin has established a reputation for being highly-respected, doing right on others and building the best quality home. He is extremely driven, disciplined and is a visionary leader. From land development to commercial building, to residential construction, Justin's goal has always been to enrich communities - to create places that aesthetically and functionally make the community a better place to live. His commitment to evolving with and implementing the latest in new construction standards, energy efficiency and consumer needs have kept Main Eco Homes at the top in local construction. Out of the office, Justin is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hiking, reading and traveling.

LISA LAFLAMME

Lisa is a Final Finish Specialist for Main Eco Homes. At the end of the construction, prior to turning the home over to the homeowner, she assures the home is perfection. Lisa is also master multi-tasker and has glowing customer service skills. She is up for any task and is always hunger to learn. Lisa also has great attention to detail and impeccable painting skills and continues to go above and beyond. She lives locally with her wife and 3 dogs and keeps her son, Isaac's memory close to her heart with every thing she does. Lisa enjoys the outdoors, working on her own home improvements and spending quality time with family.

MELANIE LAMBERT

Melanie is the Main Eco Homes Account Manager. Making an exciting career change from the medical field, where her career originated, she brings 22+ years of administrative and financial experience. Melanie contributes valuable accounts receivable and payable knowledge to our Finance Team, assisting with subcontractor invoices, payable requests, and month end reconciliation. She is an organized, detail oriented, creative individual who seeks a professional challenge and brings a warm and friendly welcome to the office. She can be found spending quality family time with her husband, two children and granddaughter in their new home in Naples on beautiful Sebago Lake.

MICHAEL HARMON

Mike Harmon is honored to be working with Main Eco Homes as a Project Manager. As a native to Bridgton and the Lakes Region, he is especially motivated to personally support MEH's mission to enhance and strengthen the community that he loves. Mike's 20+ years in the building industry includes extensive experience in residential and commercial building, sales, and product knowledge. As a proud father, Mike enjoys spending every available second with his family, which include his two great daughters, Larissa and Angelia, his two "okay" dogs, and his incredibly supportive wife, Mollie.

Mike Ridlon

Mike Ridlon is a Master Carpenter for Main Eco Homes who specializes in building custom stair cases and balustrades, custom cabinetry, fireplace surrounds, furniture grade built-ins and on site show pieces. He looks forward to new and unseen challenges and considers his work to be a form or art. He knew without any doubt woodworking would be his lifelong passion at an early age. His greatest influence and teacher was an old school master carpenter from Portugal. He had the highest expectations but was blessed with patience and a great ability to teach with passion. Through the years Mike has enjoyed many aspects of the building industry but gravitated towards custom interior & some exterior applications. Mike approaches each project with an open mind eager to set his eyes on the finished product with a sense of pride and gratification, ultimately leaving a project with a smiling customer. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his children and family.

RICHARD COX

Rich is a Lead Carpenter for Main Eco Homes and has exceptional carpentry skills. He has been in the construction industry for many years and his work ethic and his desire to exceed in whatever he does is some of the reasons why Rich is an important part

ROB DUMONT

Rob is the Finish Supervisor for Main Eco Homes and he is an excellent finish carpenter who spends the majority of his time diligently working and perfecting each home during the final weeks of construction. He truly enjoys working for a company with a culture geared towards customer service and quality craftsmanship. Rob attended Bristol County Agricultural High School and then he went on to further his education at the University of Maine, Machias, majoring in Park Management. In 2004, he joined a 3500 acre private estate in northern Maine, as a Lead Maintenance employee, gaining knowledge and experience in a wide variety of skills in the construction field. Rob has a love for Maine and the outdoors and lives in Windham with his three beautiful girls, his girlfriend and her two children.

STEPHANIE McCUSKER

Stephanie is the Assistant Property Manager for Main Eco Home's Property and Service Division. She has an extensive background in customer service and brings years of experience in property management to our commercial and residential rental properties. Stephanie exudes positivity, passion, and excitement in her work with our team and tenants. Stephanie is a Harrison native who has spent the last 20 years living in Florida. She is happy to have relocated back to her hometown in 2021 to be closer to family. Stephanie loves adventure and bringing joy to others. Her greatest joys are her family and experiencing life's beauty.

STEVE RICHARD

Steve is the Property Manager for Main Eco Home's Property and Service Division and exhibits impeccable customer service skills. He works with our commercial and rental properties insuring all rental and service needs are met. Steve has been in sales management his entire career and has worked in the new home construction sales and planning for over 20 years. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his daughter, walking, biking, hiking, running and exploring the great Maine outdoors.

Steve is a Master Carpenter for Main Eco Homes and has extreme talent in stair building and custom built-ins. He has been working in construction since 1985 and has been an employee of Main Eco Homes since 2011. Over the years he has been involved in every field of construction. He is the most enthusiastic about finish carpentry and takes great pride in all of his work. Aside from carpentry, Steve is a dedicated husband and father and enjoys being with his family.
