ELLE Hair Studio & Academy was established in 1986 by Simon Koh (Founder & Artistic Director). The initiation of the academy was aimed at nurturing as many talented and potential hairstylists as possible. For years, Simon has taught many talented local and international hairstylists through lectures, seminars, and workshops.
