James Pickering is a seasoned financial professional within the international financial markets. James has lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia for the past 15 years giving him both cultural and intellectual insight into the individual needs of a diverse client base.
He specializes in Corporate Credit, Asset Raising, Structured Products, Asset Securitization and High Net Worth Wealth Management. James has worked for Arbuthnot Latham & Co - Private Bankers in London with coverage of Asia and the Middle East, Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co Ltd and with Norinchukin Bank in London.
James currently manages our clients in Europe and is the holder of an LLB in Law from the University of Surrey.

John Zachary has lived in Asia and the Middle East for over 18 years and brings his vast experience in these markets to tailor solutions for clients in these regions. He specializes in tailored investments to UHNWI, Corporate Credit and Finance Restructuring. With a vast network among the leading financial institutions in the world, he can create tailored solutions for private or corporate clients.
He has worked with the most prestigious financial institutions in the world, including Man Investments, Credit Suisse, ING, Barclays and KPMG.
He holds a First Class degree in English Literature from Durham University and an Entrepreneurship MA from Durham Business School.
Mr. Ibrahim has extensive experience in the Indonesian corporate and banking sector and is responsible for developing relationships with major Indonesian companies

Mr. M. Arif Khan is the Chief Executive of the MAK Management Group responsible for developing financial advisory business with clients in the Asia-Pacific region and in the Middle East; focusing on treasury services, risk management and mergers and acquisitions. He has a multi-dimensional international business and finance background with more than 30 years of progressive experience in the management of new organizations and in leading change.
His global trading and risk management expertise have been acquired in his previous roles as Group Treasurer in the major financial centers of New York and Hong Kong.
He has also worked in London and in the Asian emerging markets of the Philippines, India and Indonesia in the areas of asset-liability management, market risk management and financial restructuring with an overall profitable track record.
Aside from managing the group which includes MAK Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore and PT MAK Management Services in Indonesia and its U.S. based affiliate AMS Inc in California; he is directly responsible for developing the business strategy of the group.
He was an Advisor to the Board of a bank holding company in Indonesia and has been the President Director of PT Bank Danpac Tbk in Jakarta and President & CEO of Idenex Inc in California - an e-commerce company in the healthcare area.
He has worked in an executive capacity as the Senior Vice President - Treasury & Risk Management of PT Bank Niaga which is Indonesia's second largest private bank controlled by the investment arm of the Malaysian government. Prior experience includes assignments by the Regional Treasury Asia-Pacific of Banque Indosuez as Treasurer of this Paris-based investment bank in Indonesia and in the Philippines. Mr. Khan has also worked with a Wall Street investment corporation in the area of foreign exchange trading and sales and with banks in New York, Hong Kong and London. He began his career at Standard Chartered Bank in India in 1979.
He is a Member of the British Institute of Management (MBIM), London and has been a member of the Association Cambiste Internationale (ACI) in Paris and a member of the New York State Department of Law, Bureau of Investor Protection & Securities. He has attended numerous courses in financial and treasury management in the U.S.; Europe and in Asia. He holds a B.A.Honors and an M.A.degree in the Social Sciences from St. Stephen's College,University of Delhi, and is a U.S.citizen.
