Alistair Ross

Andrea Meikle

Together, they lead they day-to-day running of the Joinery Division as well as the development and implementation of initiatives and technologies that aid in the continuous improvement. With a long work history in construction in the Manawatu-Wanganui region, Andrew offers local, expert advice to our clients and staff alike. Working on large-scale builds like the Milson Line, New World Pahiatua, and Property Brokers, Andrew is proud to be offering Central clients Maycroft's collaborative, practical construction solutions. In his work, Andrew is relationship-focused and systematic, working steadily towards the best outcome for the client. His previous work experience as a quantity surveyor for some of New Zealand's largest construction companies is complemented by a Bachelor of Business Studies (Finance).

He is particularly proud of his contribution to the KiwiRail Seismic Strengthening project and the development and implementation of Maycroft's Training and Development programme.

Bernie Pitt

As a member of Maycroft's quantity surveying team, Bernie manages the procurement and financial aspects of her clients' projects. Over the course of a build, Bernie works closely with project managers, site managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to achieve a great outcome for her clients. Bernie has developed her estimating and surveying skills on several large projects around Wellington. Her favourite so far was working on the build of the Wellington Children's Hospital; as a freshly qualified quantity surveyor, it gave her great exposure to construction methodologies and management in a unique and rewarding environment. Bernie is committed to furthering her knowledge of the industry and is currently studying construction management. She is also an active member of the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

Bev Yee

With over four decades' experience in the construction industry, Brent has seen almost every challenge that a Site Manager can face - and yet, he knows there will always be something new. Chris Fayen

As well as using his contacts in the wider building community and the New Zealand Construction Alliance. Before joining Maycroft in 2018, Chris had worked his way from Building Cadet to owning his own building & joinery company. Chris's knowledge and capability is very broad. He continues to assist with pricing on unique jobs and identify ways to expand our joinery division. The projects Chris has worked on vary from glamourous (an intricate waterfront sculpture) to the less-than-glamourous (altering a sewage treatment plant), highlighting his proficiency in the trade.

Having worked on a range of projects including residential units, new and refurbished office spaces, schools and shopping centres, he is highly skilled in quantity surveying from various stages through to completion. Herman is passionate about sports - Cycling, tennis, hockey and in particular Springbok rugby.

Herne Mohari

Jason Middleton

Jason has more than two decades of experience to draw on as he directs his clients' projects. Originally trained as an Architect, Jason spent his early career as an Architectural Designer and Builder on residential and commercial jobs. He later moved into project and contract management, overseeing the design and construction of many large commercial and infrastructure projects in the Manawatū, including associated civil works. Jason is a hands-on leader, who enjoys coordinating people and resources to achieve results. When faced with a problem on a project, he puts in the extra effort to find and implement solutions that will keep things on track. Outside of work, Jason has lent his expertise to projects in his hometown of Levin, including the fit-out of the Muaūpoko Tribal Authority office and the design and construction of the Halliwell Hockey Turf.

John Debney
