Cedric brings a strong and diverse background to his real estate career. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Finance and with experience as a mortgage loan officer makes Cedric uniquely qualified to walk his clients through the home buying and selling process. Cedric has a long history of sales in a variety of industries. He attained a successful career in corporate sales for professional sports and comes to real estate following a lucrative career in medical devices sales. Cedric utilizes a consultative approach to establishing relationships with clients. He makes customer service a top priority by identifying the individual needs of his clients and addressing those needs with the highest level of professionalism. Cedric lives in Dripping Springs with his wife Brandy and his two boys, Christian and Jackson.

Maury is a 4th generation Austinite raised in a real estate family. After graduating from the University of Texas, she enjoyed a career as a Registered Nurse in community-based care. Feeling the call to help others in a different way and use more of her creative talents, she began her real estate career in 2004. She is a passionate champion for her clients, educating them about processes and strategies involved in buying and selling properties. She's a careful listener who organizes and customizes plans specific to her clients to promote their real estate or find the perfect property. Keeping clients informed by great communication with honesty and integrity are all paramount to her service to her clients. In 2018, she joined Keller Williams Realty.
She lives with her son and enjoys traveling and jumping into the crystal clear creeks and rivers of central Texas. Showing off the many great things Austin and the beautiful Hill Country have to offer is one of her favorite things to do with clients and visiting friends.

Michelle is our teams Operations Manager with responsibilities in our marketing campaigns, document preparation, and team organization. Prior to joining MIT, Michelle has a strong marketing background, which included Chic-fil-A, Texas Schools Risk Managers Association, and several local media outlets. These positions provided the background and expertise to promote our properties and brand. Scheduling, staging, data entry, meeting vendors and buttoning up loose ends is just a small part of the job Michelle dedicates to our clients.
Michelle is a 6th generation Texan and resides here in Dripping Springs with her husband Todd. Her three children have all graduated Dripping Springs Tigers. Her oldest, Logan is in Neuro-medicine, middle son Tate is an AST (Rescue Swimmer) in the United States Coast Guard and her youngest daughter, Kendall, is an Esthetician and models professionally. Michelle is also a staff officer in the Coast Guard Auxiliary and a founding member of Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals.

Steve Mallett founded the Mallett Integrity Team in 2007 after receiving his Real Estate license in 2004. Steve is an avid triathlete and ultra-marathon runner and has completed several 50 miles and 50K runs. He is a top age group athlete in Triathlon and Swimming. His hard work and dedication has led him to succeed in every endeavor he chooses.
As the founder of the Mallett Integrity Team, he has built his business from the ground up into the growing and thriving group that it is today. In 2004 Steve received the "Rookie of the Year" award as a new agent. Steve's team has received numerous awards including the Top Listing Group for KW and the Cultural Ambassador for involvement in KW and the community.
Steve is the President of the Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals, a group he helped found in 2017. The group focuses on helping clients choose reputable, knowledgeable and professional brokers and agents in the Dripping Springs area.
Steve is the is President of the Dripping Springs Running Club, Race director for the Run By The Creek and has participated in, and organized, many charity events throughout the Austin area.
Steve lives in Dripping Springs his lovely wife Hollie . His oldest son, Colton, graduated from Texas Tech University Grad School and is a RED RAIDER to the core! His daughter Grace lives in Michigan and is thriving in her career. His middle son Tyler was active on the Dripping Springs High School Mountain Bike team.
