MANAGEMENT TECH ASSOCIATES - Key Persons

Dr. Fleetwood has 25 years of experience in senior management corporate roles and business consulting. Before creating Management Tech Associates, Dr. Fleetwood was the Executive Vice President of Blockbuster Entertainment Group, part of the Viacom/CBS Company. In this role, Dr. Fleetwood held worldwide responsibility for human resources, new technologies and marketing. He also held responsibility for several operating entities of the Company including Spelling Entertainment, Republic Pictures, and Virgin Interactive Technology. Dr. Fleetwood was a member of the Viacom Executive Management Council. Earlier in his career, Dr. Fleetwood was Senior Vice President of corporate human resources for C&S/Sovran Financial Group in Atlanta. He continued in this role as the company merged and later became NationsBank; today the firm is Bank of America. Dr. Fleetwood also founded Corporate Insights & Development, a successful leadership development firm located in Atlanta. Dr. Fleetwood holds a Ph.D. in organizational/clinical psychology from the Oklahoma State University and B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Illinois.
