Alvina performs a key role in all aspects of bookkeeping and financial reporting for Marker Group. Since joining in 2011, she has played an integral part in numerous real estate development projects and business ventures. Alvina enjoys travelling, reading and dining out with friends and family.

Grant founded Marker Group in 2001 after working in telecommunications for many years. The company's inaugural project was the redevelopment of his hometown waterfront in Sidney, BC. After ushering in the Pier, a comprehensive mixed-use property, Grant has continued to lead Marker Group in further work with local communities and beyond. When he's not prospecting or negotiating a new venture, he enjoys being out on the water.
Having joined The Marker Group in September 2022, John brings over 15 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting from his time at Intrawest and Wesgroup Properties.

Meg has a background in residential real estate and has been part of Marker's team since 2016. She assists in all aspects of business and real estate development.

As Vice President of Business Development, Mike manages a wide range of project development aspects, including acquisitions and approvals, and coordinates consultant teams including design experts, engineers and sales and marketing professionals. With over 28 years of experience in Greater Victoria real estate development, Mike brings a diverse array of skills and abilities and a tremendous depth of expertise to the Marker team. When he's not working, you can find Mike spending time with his partner and pug, exploring local parks, playing golf and staying active.
