Attorney Rubino

Attorney Rubino focuses her practice in the areas of family law, including divorce and post-divorce matters involving custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, contempt and modification of existing judgments, as well as paternity cases involving children born out-of-wedlock and restraining order matters. Attorney Rubino serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Probate and Family Court cases involving the care and custody of minor children. She has also been appointed to represent children in the Probate and Family Court as part of the Attorneys Representing Children (ARC) program. Attorney Rubino has represented clients in a variety of areas, including domestic relations, civil litigation, and criminal defense matters. She has practiced and successfully represented clients before various agencies and courts throughout the Commonwealth, including the Probate & Family Court, Superior Court, District Court, Federal Court, Massachusetts Appeals Court, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Civil Service Commission and Division of Administrative Law Appeals. Prior to joining Mansur Law Group, Attorney Rubino represented and defended police officers in claims arising from the performance of their duties throughout the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth, in interdepartmental disciplinary matters, and hearings before administrative agencies. In addition to her broad experience practicing law, Attorney Rubino's prior work as a private investigator has provided her with invaluable skills that contribute to her success as an attorney. Attorney Rubino is a graduate of Suffolk University and Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Natel Costanian graduated with a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts and is admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar. Prior to embarking on her law school journey, Natel graduated cum laude honors from California State University Northridge and earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Business Law. During her time at Suffolk University Law School, Natel was a part of the Family Advocacy Clinic and served as a 3:03 Certified Student Attorney, passionately representing indigent clients in a range of Family Law matters such as divorce, custody, and parenting time, particularly dealing with cases with domestic violence elements. Natel also interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office where she conducted extensive legal research and legal writing in new and evolving areas of criminal law as well as at the Women's Bar Association where she assisted in ensuring access to justice to low-income individuals seeking to have their voices heard.
